Maddie Fray had won the lottery when her mother had decided to remarry none other than a political tycoon; Adam Graham. Joyce (now Graham) was not a woman with a high social status, much less a politician, just a woman with a big heart and incredible charisma who had made Adam Graham fall in love.
But the main problem is not even having to adapt to a new life, with a new father and a new sister, the problem lies when the year 2001 arrives. Maddie, only 14 years old, is involved in a series of complications just because his stepfather is the new president of the United States. And there things change.
Extra exclusive private schools with hideous uniforms. Guards at every corner. Not being able to go out in peace. And the worst part: being the target of attacks against her stepfather. Perhaps that is why she is not surprised in the least when she turns out to be kidnapped along with her stepsister Ashley, to Spain.
Little did she know about the existence of Leon Kennedy and how he would turn her world upside down. God, how could she focus on killing zombies if she only had eyes for him?
