Ok for starters I'm still a newbie with warhammer 40k despite knowing for a little bit over a year but I will do my best to be accurate as possible since I'm gonna be shorting a lot of information and do some changes here and there to favor the story.
Saitama is based on canon and fan made story of Saitama vs G.O.D. Also OPM and warhammer are owned by their respective authors/artists.
G.O.D was that, a god. But now here he laid in the ground between the realm of time and the universe his body broken, torn apart by a mere mortal something that should have been impossible as his body was recovering in a separate dimension yet here laid dying.
Now the only thing he can do is look at his opponent, a living paradox, and to think how a mortal manage to achieve such strength. Not only that but he could also feel how his grasp of reality was slipping away with his death nearing. The lives he took, their existence that he erased were returning and to make matters worse he could also feel how his opponent grew in strength with their battle and more so as he now bathe in his essence, his divine blood, and drank of it without even knowing it. So for this he will enact one last act out spite with his remaining strength and then he will retreat so he can recover.
"YOU HAVE DOOMED EVERYONE TO A WORSE FATE THAN DEATH, MORTAL."
"What? What do you mean by that?"
"IT MEANS THAT YOU HAVE INVOKED THE WRATH OF THE GOD'S AGAINST YOUR KIND. NOW BECAUSE OF YOU, FAR MORE STRONGER GOD'S, WILL COME TO FINISH MY DUTY."
"Then I will be here to stop them"
"HAHAHA!!" G.O.D laugh, laugh at the thought of Saitama being capable of going against the other God's yet despite his brethren being far more powerful than him, he could not stop the dread, the Fear that crept on him of the very thought of them being defeated. But unbeknownst to them, they were being watched by the inhabitants of earth thanks to none other than Cheetah girl. As heroes, monster and civilians watched what's about to transpire and what's to come in the future.
"LIKE I WOUL LET YOU!!! I MAY NOT HAVE THE POWER TO HARM YOU BUT I STILL HAVE ENOUGH TO BANISHED YOU FROM THIS UNIVERSE, SAITAMA!!!!!!!"
As beneath Saitama a portal manifested, G.O.D slammed his remaining arm to the floor summoning an ethereal fist striking Saitama further down in to the portal. The portal closed and Saitama was no more, that's when G.O.D noticed that he was being spied on.
"AS FOR YOU, YOU'VE BEEN NOTHING MORE THAN A THORN AT MY SIDE. IT'S TIME THAT I GET RID OF YOU PERMANENTLY." He said as he stretched once more his had, pointing it at cheetah girl, she on the other hand could only gasp as her entire body was being crushed that she could even feel her soul cracking but unbeknownst to everyone even G.O.D, fail to notice that the rift was rapidly closing and G.O.D laid in the center of it.
As the rift closed on G.O.D he could only flail his remaining arm until he managed to slip his hand in to cracks of the rift and forcefully opening it, cheetah girl could only cough and pant as she once more managed to escape death as Bang came to her aid helping her to stand up, the two could only stare as G.O.D fighting once more for his life. G.O.D on the other hand was fuming with rage, his plans trampled by does meddling cat people and that damned human Blast and his little group, being defied by every step of the way, him heavily injured by a mortal of all things and now he has to fight the will of the universe that was trying to end him.
"GRRRRR, THIS. CAN'T. BE!!!!! I REFUSE TO LET THIS BE THE END OF ME!!!!!!! NO! NO! NOO-" -CRUNCH -
The inhabitants of earth could only just watch as G.O.D died, killed by 3 of the 6 aspects of the universe. Time, space and reality ended up killing G.O.D and the universe then proceeded to devour its corpse and as it consume it, everything that inhabited was strengthen by the essence of G.O.D and now everything was, is capable of harming and killing does of the divine blood but does that felt it more than others and does few are Cheetah girl, Garou, Blast and his group of unknowns. Now the only thing they can do is to prepare themselves for the future.
Planet - Devlan Primus
The Lamenters were fighting non stop ever since their chapter was formed, cursed with misfortune, hated by every chapter of other legion chapters and worst of all hated by their chapters brothers. Abandoned by there "cousins" to fight alone against the force's of the black legion and they only managed to survive when the White Scars and Ultramarines arrived aiding them in repelling the force's of chaos, and barely 300 of them remain but even so they remain loyal. They were trapped in the warp for who knows how long, constantly fighting demon's none stop and once they manage to exit out of the warp they found that they were now stranded in the unknown and uncharted regions of space fighting against xenos in their return to Terra, once they arrived on Terra that's when they were told that they have been missing over a century but for them it felt so much more. Freeing a slave world from the orks alone despite asking help from the Ultramarines only to end up in tragedy and misfortune once more despite being praised by Marnius Calgar the Ultramarines chapter master and offering their chapter master a iron halo but they rejected as they failed to save over 90% enslaved civilians, only to be seen with more scorn and distrust, yet they still remain loyal, There escort mission that ended in failure, the black rage resurging once more in the badab war forced to kill there battle brothers, betrayed by Astral Claws the only space marine chapter that show them any kindness and the one legion they could called friends, hunted down like animals by Minotaur chapter, their chapter master heavily wounded, their resources taken away by the minotaurs only left with the bare minimum, punished and exiled until completing their penance crusade after all of that they still remain loyal to the Emperor of mankind and to his Imperium.
But even so, there is so much that even they can take, and the last straw that broke the camels back was when they requested aid against a tyranid invasion, more so against the high fleet kraken invasion on the planet Devlan Primus as their ship was incapable of taking flight. Yet their request was denied as the imperium told them that they, as the planet and it inhabitants are a lost cause that it would be a waste of time and resources to save a doomed planet, so they ask for help from other nearby space marines yet each time they are met with rejection so in their desperation tried to contact some of the more questionable chapters only for their call for reinforcements intercepted by the inquisition jamming their communications. This was the breaking point, one that shattered both civilians and the lamenters alike in their faith in the imperium and in the emperor.
So men and women that could fight were armed with whatever they had as they stood alongside the lamenters in a last stand, does that couldn't were evacuated to a special bunker that would hide them from the tyranid fleet. As the end came the 300 lamenters that always survived prepared to let themselves to be consumed by the black rage as the civilians that remained to help them supported them by covering their flanks.
That was until something crash landed behind the enemy line that killed many of the tyranids that stopped their advancement towards them and turned their eyes to the crash landing, soon a roar was heard and the tyranids immediately forgot about them as they all rushed to end something that they deemed more of a priority than them as they began to hear booming sounds similar to does of explosions. Even so, they didn't wasted this opportunity to shoot down the tyranids that turned their backs on them but despite killing them they still refuse to acknowledge them as a threat.
Saitama was startled, but even so he brace himself as he crashed landed on a planet. As he landed, the force that he generated manage to kill a large portion of the tyranids as some were burnt to crisp and others were killed by the Shockwave, that's when he noticed that he was surrounded by millions of insect like creatures that varied in shape and sizes. The initial shock that stopped them in their tracks wore off as a haruspex roared and rushed at him in, despite not knowing what animal he was facing he new it was hostile so he proceeded to end it with a single punch, as his fist clashed against the tyranid the haruspex eyes widen some even pop out of their sockets as the punch tore through its carapace and flesh. The rest of the tyranid fleet was startled as its brethren exploded from the inside out and the remaining force of his punch killed another large portion that stood behind the haruspex as he also unintentionally used its carapace as shrapnel that caused more damage at a wider scale. Tyranids from the smallest to largest began to swarm him trying to overwhelmed him with their numbers but it was a futile thing as he began to obliterate them with
DOUBLE CONSECUTIVE NORMAL PUNCHES.
The tyranids that were punch, their bodies immediately burst into nothingness as they pop, the attack continued to pierced through their numbers until it stopped when it struck the largest of them all living large dents that looked like hot metal, throughout its body as for the tyranid in question was a nautiloid. It's body began to swell taking a bright orange color until it exploded covering its brethren in its remains that resembled either molten metal or lava. Many of the smaller variant began to cry in pain as they rolled on the ground trying to shake off the super heated remains of the nautiloid only to die as their bodies either melted or burned and they weren't the only ones as the explosion covered a extremely large area that took multiple tyranids down. And to make matters worse for the nids, his previous attack that pierced through their numbers not only did it killed does that were in the way but also does around it, as some were burnt to a crisp, others caught on fire and does that were farthest had their blood boiled cooking them from the inside out for they were massacred.
Despite all the noise around him he somehow still managed to distinguish the sounds of his enemies from does of a shotgun or bazooka and the war cry. So he starts to clear a path and in his way he felt something coming towards him and despite not knowing what it was he still went his instinct and punch the ground. With a single punch he killed almost every subterranean tyranid as they were crushed all except for one that barely managed to escape and it was somewhat different from others as the most distinctive feature of it was red blood color, other tyranids began to shoot their weaponry be it their organic bullets, acidic spit, poison or even the mist swarm all was futile as the bullets died the moment they impact against his skin, neither acid or poison affected him and for the swarm mist was instantly eradicated with only a mighty clap of his hands.
That when he noticed that the swarm was retreating trying to carry with them with many bodies as possible. When he turned around he was greeted with the site of giant armored men and regular size people. One of the giant armored men that he presumed to be the leader walk towards him, removing his helmet and as he stared down at him, Saitama stared back. This man is Malik chapter master of the lamenters.
"We are beyond grateful for aiding us against the tyranids stranger, and although I have never see them retreat, this far from over. So may I ask, could you tell us your name."
Saitama despite never hearing this language before he still understood it as he spoke it as well." My name is Saitama, and what do you mean that it ain't over? I'm pretty sure I scared of does giant bugs away."
" Very well... Saitama, but like I stated before the tyranids have only retreated as they will return to finish what they started. And I may not know how or what methods did you manage to achieve such strength to defeat the tyranids and your lack of knowledge about them may be understandable as civilians don't know about them. But right here and now is not the time to interrogate you. Nevertheless I am grateful. Right now we must regroup and evacuate the planet immediately.
"BROTHER'S, SISTERS!!! TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. Does of you that have any knowledge in how to repair a space ship will aid our tech-marines and tech-priest in fixing our ship as quickly and efficiently as possible! I want two groups of men, the first one will compose of ten men your task is protect our tech support the second group will consist of twelve men your task is to inspect the ship and make sure that there aren't any enemies on it so check every crook and cranny and eliminate all threat, now GO!! The rest of you will mark a perimeter I want eyes high and low, in and out of area so shoot anything that comes near us! Don't let anything get pass the line of defence, activate your thermal vision and sonar equipment.
Now, Saitama. My name is Malakim Phoros chapter master of the Lamenters I that we've just met, but I need you to aid us in protecting the perimeter with the rest of my men."
"Mmmm ok, but wouldn't it be better if we just kill the rest of does giant bugs?"
"It would, but we lack the weaponry, fire power and men to do so. And does 'giant bug' as you call them go by name of Tyranids. One of the most vicious xeno species to ever come across this galaxy."
"Ok, but have you call for back up? I mean there should be mor-"
"Saitama...". Malakim interrupted him. "Would you follow me." Without a word Saitama nodded and followed distancing themselves from the camp just enough to be out of hearing reach yet to still be in sight. "Everyone that you see here and does that reside in the bunker, is what's left from the invasion. This are the remnants of civilization that managed to survive on their own and does we managed to protect. There's no one, except us. Aid will never come as the Imperium has abandoned us and any attempt of communications has been cut off either by the Imperium or the Tyranids, their invasion won't stop until all life is consumed, resources are scarce, our ship is damaged and even by some miracle we managed to escape the planet tyranid bio-ships will pursuit us, the possibility of our ship failing us mid flight are high, warp travel is impossible do to the condition of our ship and because our Navigator has been consumed."
Malakim wanted to continue but he stopped himself as he noticed that he was crying, that by all means he wanted to stop himself to let out a sob. But the weight of it all, of everything that had led to this point was just to much for him to bear.
Saitama at the beginning wanted to tell Malakim to explain everything in 20 or less but stop himself from saying that, as right now was not the time or place to be selfish. So he decided to focus his attention to what Malakim was telling him, and it was shocking to say the least, as with each word he said maid the air around them more depressing and in the middle of the speech Saitama saw how the person in front of him began to cry without even noticing, once Malakim found out that he was crying, his mask of stoicism and indifference shattered.
Now in front of him stood a broken man, the same can be said for the rest of the soldiers and the civilians. Because although he may not know what they went through he can tell that they have suffered so much. It was now up to him to give them a fighting chance, but most importantly to give them hope in their darkest hour.
"Hey, Malakim. Don't worry, I will take care of everything, just you wait and see." as he said his piece, he began to walk towards the direction where he felt the tyranids.
Once Malakim mind managed to process his words, he ran at Saitama in an attempt to stop him or change his mind from doing a suicidal mission. "Please... Saitama... I beg of you. Don't do this, it's our duty to protect you." Yet for all the strength that he could muster to trying to stop Saitama, felt like trying to stop a warlord titan. Their commotion caught the attention of some guards, which in later on also caught the attention of everybody else. What they saw was quite shocking as it is bizarre seeing a space marine, a chapter master none the less, being dragged by a 'normal' size human.
Saitama stopped, and looking up at the person that was concerned about his safety, as he only gave a reassuring smile at Malakim. Putting his hand on the soldiers chest plate, he gave a gentle push that sent the space marine flying towards the camp and without wasting time Saitama sprinted.
"Tech-priest send servo-skulls I want visual on the tyranids!!!!"
"As you wish chapter master."
Meanwhile inside one of the bio-ship that was stationed above the planets atmosphere, the Norn queen was assessing the losses and at the same time trying to replenish them but even for her it's extremely taxing and tiresome trying to keep the same pace. When she felt the distress of her younglings she immediately linked herself with them to see what was occurring on the surface of the planet... It was a mistake to do so, the moment she made the link her mind was immediately assaulted with primal fear, the pain they felt and utter despair of inescapable death.
All caused by a single human, and it took all her might to cut off the link. Thankfully the rest of the fleet retreated to replenish their numbers and while she did not want to use the bio-mass there were no options left and right before she could send out a command her mind and the rest of hive fleet was overtaken by the hive mind. As curiosity peek it's mind when it felt and saw what has transpired. So without further ado it began to command the bio-mass to form a swarm lord, and although there was enough bio-mas to create several swarm lords it wasn't enough for what it had in plan, meaning it would need to consume the larger one's, so large tendrils emerge from the bio-mass impelling and dragging them into the pool of bio-mass.
That was the sight that Saitama was introduced to, as the rest of the tyranids turned around in perfect unison looking at him. They just look at him nothing more, and it somewhat unnerved him as they didn't say or do anything. And the servo-skull recorded and gave live feed back to the base camp. Then out of nowhere, something emerged from the cliff landing a few feet away from Saitama. For the Lamenters and tech-priests they recognized the new tyranid for it was a swarm lord yet it was different, it's size doubled, it's once red blood skin became pitch black as crimson and toxic green veins dance across the surface of its skin and its carapace now resembling its swords.
And in the middle of the silence the only thing that could be heard was the low gutteral growl as stared directly at Saitama eyes.
The moment they made eye contact Saitama found himself in a desolated wasteland, it's sky an endless void. As he look around him, there was nothing, until something compelled him to look upwards, that he noticed the planet size silhouette that look down at him it's eyes brimmed with curiosity for the second time. Although Saitama may not know what was happening he did have an idea how to end it. So he jump towards the silhouette, this shocked the hive mind, as it was struck with such force that the mindscape shattered upon impact and the hive mind let out a screeching roar of pain.
It's roar let out a psychic backlash so powerful that it killed tyranids by the trillions across the galaxy and it's maw recoil backwards as it's body shook in psychic pain.
...
Once his consciousness returned to his body, he noticed that the tyranids that surrounded him were dead, all except for one. The royal Swarmlord was kneeling and using all four of his swords to support his weight as it was panting and blood drip from its nose, mouth, eyes and ears. Yet it slowly regenerated and once it saw Saitama the hive mind poured as much power its champion could take, blinded by its rage.
Saitama dodge as the Swarmlord appeared in front of him swinging its swords downwards, leaving a large cut on the earth that extended for miles. Seeing as it's first attempt failed it roared at Saitama catching him off guard with psychic blast that send him skidding a few feet away. Before it could continue it hunch over, the muscles of its back wriggled as it then exploded, tentacles bursting out of the wound by the hundreds, yet its blood never touched the ground as it began to crawl back into the open wound.
It's tentacles wriggle around the Swarmlord, the tips then open themselves to reveal a mouths filled with razor-sharp teeth, the tentacles launch themselves at the surrounded corpses consuming them and leaving nothing behind. So Saitama decided to end things before they got out of hand, appearing in front of the Swarmlord and punching it in the chest that left a gaping hole on the tyranid but it did not fall as it struck Saitama with it swords and the wound instantly regenerated.
Saitama wasn't fazed by such attack, but when he turned around to face the tyranid, slightly disturb him as the once slim yet powerful Swarmlord became a giant deformed lump of flesh. It's skin was barely able to contain all the mass it consumed, before he could think what to do next he was startled when he heard the tyranid moan in pain as it's body expanded once more, but that moan of pain soon became a blown out roar for it's veins bulge and muscle flex and it's body began to shrink and compress until it's appearance return to normal.
Saitama could hear how the tyranid took deep breaths and exhale a deep cloud of steam, and as it stab one of its swords into the ground and pointed at him. Particles of light began to collect at the tip of his finger, until it became a small sphere that it shot at Saitama who dodge but failed to notice the other ones that managed to struck him, consuming him in an explosion of psychic energy.
The Swarmlord frowned when he saw the human was unscathed, picking up his sword both it and Saitama vanished. Repairing once more, there clash collapsing the very earth they stood on. Saitama caught two of its swords, and the Swarmlord swung the other two forcing Saitama to release the previous swords that he had stopped as he jumped in mid air dodging, his body spinning in between the two blades and as he landed he counter attack with a kick. The Swarmlord manage to block it with its blades and reinforcing its body with psychic energy, yet for all its efforts, it proved to be futile as the strength behind the kick send it piercing through the earth until it landed in the canyon were it was born.
As it look up he saw the human falling right towards it, gripping its swords pouring power in to them it swung its swords releasing energy blades at Saitama who either dodge or block them . The Swarmlord did not stop throwing it's energy blades as it wanted to create as much distance as possible. When Saitama landed he immediately ducked as one of the swords almost cut him for he noticed that the Swarmlord hadn't moved but elongated its arms that now resembled bladed whips yet it did nothing to slow down Saitama despite it swinging its arms as fast as possible for he moved forward dodging each strike. Despite knowing that even if gets killed it would reborn once more yet it refuses to give up, so it bid it's time. Saitama now stood in front of the Swarmlord readying his fist but before he could deliver the blow he was momentarily blinded and seconds later engulfed by the Swarmlord breath attack, even when the tyranid new that it is impossible to escape such wide range attack at point blank range it prolonged and poured more energy into it's attack, it's facial features thinned and withered as it's began to boil.
Yet a fist emerge from it's breath attack striking its lower jaw ripping it from its place, but the Swarmlord did not care for it would regenerate, even when it was struck once more it retaliated swinging its own fists only to be torn of with a part of it's torso or mangled beyond recognition each time there fists clashed, yet the Swarmlord did not care that fighting a losing battle. That was until he felt and saw it, as the Swarmlord look upwards for it was now facing a titan of a human being that brought down its crimson fist upon it delivering it an inescapable death. Then the Swarmlord was brought back to reality when it heard the human speak three words.
"CONSECUTIVE NORMAL PUNCHES"
The Swarmlord couldn't even register the attack for all it saw was a red mist, as it's mind and body is incapable of processing such speed. But how could it, when its existence was erased along side the mountain that stood behind it. As he finally dealt with the tyranid, Saitama turned around heading back to the camp.
Once at camp Saitama was greeted in such unexpected way. You see when he arrived at the camp every soldier, both space marine and regular human, kneeled before him shouting at the top of their lungs.
"ALL HAIL THE GOD EMPEROR OF MANKIND"
This startled him to such degree, that the only thing that he came out of his mouth was a "Huh?".
And this is just the beginning.

Well this took longer than I had expected, but I hope you all like it. That aside, I know there will be some people curious about why I chose the Lamenters, the reason behind it is because I feel that there's isn't enough stories on them and I want to give them some appreciation, so I decided to include them in this story and in the "Return of the seraphim". And before I forget "My metal existence" will be published later on, this week.
Even so I still feel that I rushed it but at the same time I didn't want to make to long and detailed. So please comment.
See ya.
