A/N - Okay, so I've put together a neat little chart on what I would do for Naruto and this is what I came up with. Minato has Lightning, Wind, and Fire, along with Yin and Yang. I won't use Yang as much because I don't understand it. I will be using Yin because from what I see, it focuses primarily with genjutus. Mei has Fire, Water, Lightning, and Earth. Since he has Kurama which is Fire and Wind, and Isobu has Water and Yin, I've decided to give him this: Fire, Water, and Wind will be his affinities. Because of how high they are along with his massive reserves from the two tailed beast, he can produce kekkei genkai. He can use the Boil Release, Ice Release, and Scorch Release. Scorch will different then how it is in cannon, it will be like Sasuke's inferno style. I gave him a fanmade Kekkei Tota, being the Clear Release. It mixes all three basic elements and it's a blue flame that's cold. I'll go into it more along the lines
It had been nine years since Mei had become the fifth Mizukage. While she spent many of those years undoing with Yagura did, she was proving to be successful. In that time span, she met Zabuza Mommochi, and his daughter, Haku Yuhi, a victim of the bloodline purge. The two got married and Haku and Naruto became like best friends and were siblings. Since Haku was five years older than Naruto and has had many years of experience due to being on the run, she was often sent on missions since she was placed officially in Kiri's Hunter Ninja core.
Naruto began his training at the age of four. That was when he met Kurama and Isobu. While Mei wanted her son to become powerful, she didn't want to ruin his childhood like how hers was. Between herself, Zabuza, the two tailed beast, and especially Haku, they all pitched in to help Naruto train. Haku worked hard on her brother's conditioning and because of his never ending supply of stamina, he was able to go longer than she could.
Mei passed a law with the punishment of execution on the spot if anyone were to reveal Naruto's biological father. Mei's hatred toward Konoha grew but her desire for peace in the shinobi world was more. Uncle Madara often visited Naruto and would bring him scrolls and even play with him a bit. Naruto considered his life to be perfect.
Naruto was currently working on the Water Release - Running Water Spear. It was an offensive jutsu that Mei was helping him learn. Due to his massive chakra reserves, Naruto learned he could only do high consuming chakra jutus. It was then that Zabuza suggested the Giant Vortex jutsu. Because of Naruto's reserves, he'd be able to perform an impressive amount.
"Alright, Naru. Pay attention, I'm only going to show you this once. Then you're on your own." Zabuza said as he created a vortex of water.
"Whoa! Dad, that's cool! Sis, did you see that?" Naruto asked with the look of pure excitement in an innocent kids eyes.
Haku blushed and smiled. "I did, Naru. Are you ready to try it?" asked Haku.
"Hell yeah!" Naruto shouted before covering his mouth. While Zabuza didn't make a big deal about it, neither Haku or Mei tolerated him using words like that in front of women.
"I'll ignore it this time, if you get the jutsu correct. If not, agility practice." Haku said with a wink.
"Alright. Tiger, Ox, Moneky, Rabbit, Ram, Boar, Ox, Horse, Monkey, Tiger, Dog, Tiger, Snake, Tiger, Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Bird. Water Release - Giant Vortex Jutsu!" Naruto shouted with all his might and if it weren't for Haku's Ice Mirrors and Zabuza's Water barrier, the entire village could have been endangered from a massive flood.
"Whoah! Did you two see that?" Naruto jumped in excitement. Neither Haku or Zabuza could respond.
"Haku, did you know your brother could do that?" asked Zabuza as he could hardly spit out his words.
"No, did you?" asked Haku in the same attitude.
"What is all the commotion about? I'm trying to do work and yet, it sounded like a tsunami was hitting." Mei declared.
"Mom! Watch this!" Naruto shouted as he went through the hand seals twice as fast as before and created a massive vortex. Neither Zabuza or Haku could respond quick enough though, Mei created a lava wall to soak up the water.
"Who taught him this jutus?" Mei asked a killing glare.
"Daddy taught me!" Naruto said with a bright smile.
Mei smiled warmly at her son. "Well, it looks someone is going to become a strong ninja someday." Mei said before glaring at Zabuza. "Why the hell would you teach that jutsu to him? You know has massive reserves!" Mei shouted.
"But Mei, no other jutsu would have worked. Even your water spear jutsu wasn't working for him. If we spent only on chakra control, it would be completely wasted." Zabuza said in his defense.
"Mom, it sounds like should really start working on his bloodlines. I mean, even Kurama and Isobu said that his natures were high enough." Haku pointed out.
"I think you're right. But first, he needs to know how to use both his Wind and Fire affinity." Mei said.
"Well, I guess call me when you're ready for kenjutus lessons, Naru." Zabuza said as he vanished in a shun shin.
"I can teach him wind. But I wouldn't know what jutsu to use." Haku admitted.
Mei adopted a thinking pose. "What about a defensive one?" Mei suggested.
"No way, I want something offensive too! Can't I have a defensive and offensive water, wind, and fire jutsu?" Naruto asked.
"What about this, The Great Breakthrough and the Cyclone Barrier? Of course, we'll need to have proper space for the training, but it might not be a bad idea." Mei said. "Anyway, Haku, you and Zabuza have a mission." Mei said.
"Can I come?" asked Naruto as he grabbed his sister's shirt.
She dropped down to one knee. "Sorry, Naruto. Maybe next time, okay?" asked Haku.
"You always say that. I'm starting to think that you don't like being around me." Naruto said with a frown and his sad tears. This was the one jutsu, that not even the demon of the hidden mist could resist.
"Naruto, come on. How can I be a responsible older sister if you make those eyes. I promise, when I come back, I'll dedicate an entire day and treat you to some sushi. How does that sound?" Haku asked.
"You're the best!" Naruto shouted as he hugged his siter tightly and gave her a massive kiss on her cheek. In Kiri, Haku was known as the Ice Queen and any guy that tried to talk to her, was shot down by the killing intent. The only guy in this world that had her heart, was her little brother, who she would kill even the Water Damiyo if he dared messed with him.
"Come on, Naru. It's time for your lessons." Mei said as Naruto took her hand. It was about two years ago that Naruto declared he would become the next Mizukage. Mei decided to use this time for mother and son bonding along with teaching him everything he knew. Naruto also got along with Ao, and would be told stories about his adventures.
Naruto's favorite story and one of the ninja he looked up to the most was Shisui Uchiha, known as Shisui of the teleportation. He died three years ago and NAruto made a promise to himself that he'd carry out Shisui's legacy.
"Mom, can you teach me the body flicker?" Naruto asked.
"The body flicker? Why? Is Kurama planning to do some pranks?" asked Mei as she looked over her stack of paper.
"No. I've been studying everything I can on Shisui. He was a master at the Fire release, Genjutsu, and nearly made uncle Ao shit himself." Naruto said.
"Naruto, watch your language around women. But yes, uncle Ao encountered Shisui years ago. You know, you seem really interested in many of Konoha's shinobi. Are there any others you are interested in?" asked Mei.
"Well, there are two others from Konoha that I really respect, along with one being from here." Naruto said.
"Really? Who is the ninja from here?" Mei asked with curiousity.
"Kisame Hoshigaki. He was a former ninja of the seven swordsmen. His shark skin blade could devoiur an entire tailed beast. In fact, they say he's a tailed beast without a tail." NAruto said.
"Yes, Kisame was a powerful shinobi. We were actually teammates at one point. But, he went rogue, along with many other powerful shinobi from here." Mei declared.
"Why do they go rogue?" Naruto asked.
"I'm not sure. Many of them snap and go insane from the stress of being a shinobi. Not to mention, wars really hurt people." Mei said.
"When I become Mizukage, I'm going to unite all the shinobi nations. We'll all become one big happy family!" Naruto declared. This made Mei smile at her son. She couldn't ask for anyone better. Naruto was pure, as pure as they come and he had the kindest heart ever. IT was hard to beleive he had the evilist demon of all, Kurama.
"So, who are your two from Konoha?" Mei asked.
"Tobriama Senju, the second hokage. His chakra was so high that he didn't need any water to use such powerful jutsu. He didn't even have a tailed beast. I plan on surpassing him in my water, wind, and fire element! The second person is Minato Namikaze, Konoha's Fourth Hokage, and the Yellow Flash. I want to make a teleportation jutsu that beats the Hiraishin that Tobriama created and he advanced." Naruto explained.
Hearing that name of Naruto's biological father made her flinch. She quickly regained her composure. "You seem to know a lot about this stuff. How do you know so much?" asked Mei.
"Most of it comes from uncle Ao and Dad. Though, it was hard to find out about the Hiraishin from studying with Uncle Tobi. It creates a yellow flash when used. That's why Minato is known as the Yellow Flash. Speaking of which, how come my last name is Uchiha? He told me that he was the one who gave me the name." Naruto said.
"That's right. When you were born, he saved our life and for that, I gave you his last name." Mei said with a smile.
"I'm glad to hear that my legacy is taking notes." Tobi said with a friendly tone.
"Uncle Tobi! You're here!" Naruto shouted as he ran up and hugged him tightly.
"That's right. I actually brought you a gift." Tobi said as he handed Naruto the scroll, but Mei quickly snatched it.
"If these are those damn X rated books that you gave to my husband, you'll to get another eye to fill that hole in your mask." Mei threatend.
"Hey, hey, no need to get serious, it's way better. I managed to infiltrate Konoha and get him the legendary Hiraishin scroll." Tobi said. The look on Naruto's face told him all he needed to know.
"You didn't. How did you do that?" Mei asked.
"It's simple. My teleportation jutsu is much better, though, it isn't as quickl." Tobi admitted.
"Mom, can I have the scroll? Please! I promise, I won't eat sushi for an entire week and only veggies." Naruto begged.
Mei sighed and chuckled. "You know, if you agreed to doing it for only two days, I'd probably have a heart attack from the shock. But fine, here you go." Mei said.
"Sweet! Thanks uncle Tobi! I love you mom!" Naruto said as he ran out.
"So, what news do you have for me?" Mei asked.
"It seems that Konoha is becoming suspicious about your son that you had at the same as Minato's twins were born. Mei, it's time. Naruto's training needs to be stepped up. Please, let me take him with me. All I need him for is for two years." Tobi said.
"Madara, I don't know. He is only nine." Mei said.
"Yes, he's only nine, but he happens to carry the burden of keeping this village. I'm sure Konoha would attack and kidnap him any chance they got." Madara said.
"What are your plans with him?" Mei asked sternly.
"I will take him with me to my base, for two years. I will teach him to properly control his chakra, along with the tailed beast chakra. Then, I'll help him with his Kekkei Genkkai and his Kekkei Tota. Also, I'm going to help him create his own time-space teleportation jutsu. One that surpasses my own and Minato's together. Please Mei. Your son is in good hands. Not to mention, I have many other associates who will be able to train him properly in different aspects. In two years, Naruto will change from being a little boy, to a man. Isn't that what you want?" Madara asked.
Mei sighed. "Alright. I will allow it. But I expect updates, weekly. I also want him to stay in that base, no travel." Mei said.
"That's another thing. I've discovered the location of another Jinchuriki. As expected, she isn't well liked. I was hoping to take Naruto with me, of course, after he's trained a bit. I want him to either help influence the village or at the very least, convince the Jinchuriki to come back to Kiri. Not only will this be good for the village, Naruto will have a friend his own age." Madara said.
"Alright, fine. But you're pushing your luck. If I find out that my little Naruto is injured is even spotted by Konoha, it's your head." Mei threatend.
To her surprise, Madara removed his mask. "Mei, Naruto is like a younger brother to me. I would end my own life if it ment saving his. Trust me, he will be safe." Madara said as he put the mask back on. "I'll be back later tonight. I'll see you then." Madara said as he swirlled away.
