Rebekah looked up as she heard Tyenee coming. She sensed she had been near Cersei, and that worried her. But at least it seemed she was unharmed. Still, she needed to be more careful.
Tyene smiled as she walked to her. "Your sister is here. I believe she wants to see you."
Rebekah's eyes widened slightly. "Freya? She's here?"
Tyene nodded, leading her back to her sister slowly. She was relieved to see Cersei seemed to have gone, but she doubted she would be allowed to stay.
Freya walked forward, moving to embrace Rebekah. Freya hadn't known her siblings as long as they had known each other, but she had missed them all.
Rebekah smiled as she pulled Freya close. "I've missed you."
Freya nodded. "And I've missed you. But I do think we need to talk about a few things."
Rebekah sighed. "You've been talking to Cersei haven't you? I can't imagine what she must have told you. But I can assure you it's probably not as bad as she made it sound. We've actually gotten quite close."
Sensing she was no longer wanted, Tyene slipped away. Freya frowned. "We did talk. And that may be your sentiment, but I don't think she feels the same way."
Rebekah frowned. "What do you mean?"
Freya frowned. "Well, you seem to want to control the relationship. And Rebekah... that doesn't work."
Rebekah sighed. "I don't want to control the relationship. But I couldn't let her throw me out less than a day after I got invited in. And it is sort of amusing watching her try to figure out how these things happen."
Freya nodded. "Like Tyene being alive and so healthy. We both know how it happened. But they're not your pets. You can't just go around compelling people to do your bidding, especially here where I don't think they can really defend themselves against it. I met someone too. But when Arya and I disagreed, we talked about it and came to an understanding."
Rebekah sighed. "Arya couldn't have been nearly as stubborn as Cersei then. When she gets an idea in her head, you can't get it out. Even if you feel like it's a bad one."
Rebekah smiled sadly. "I imagine Arya was just as stubborn. If she was here, we might have to separate them so they didn't kill each other. But don't worry. She's far from King's Landing with all the other Starks."
Rebekah frowned. "You befriended a Stark? I hope you didn't admit to that."
Freya frowned. "I'm smarter than that. But if we're honest, it might actually be possible to change some of those bad ideas into good ones. But we can't force it."
Rebekah nodded slowly. "I was able to reason with her brother. But Jaime seemed open to it. Don't get your hopes up we can do this though."
