I wrote this poem because I don't want to start my studies…. That's what you call a true procrastinating… Oh, I don't own Yu Yu Hakusho or any of their awsome characters. This poem is about Kurama and Hiei's final battle. They've turned out the victors but life has taken its toll. Hope you enjoy and please review.

Good - Bye

The fight has carried on too long
The battle cries out its mercy
The victims have all been claimed
And the slayers have not yet given in

I search for your face
The quick glimpses that I catch
Your eyes connect with mine
And you feel my sudden relief

I stagger over to you
We are the victors of this brawl
Blood drops onto my knees
My knees drop to the ground

My mission is complete
Existence no longer matters
And you know what runs through my mine
Because I told you longer before

Slowly, painfully
Your path crosses my own
I collapse into your arms
Into your embrace

Do not fear, you tell me
When you're the one who cries
Do not look back, you whisper
When you're the one that sighs

My arms search your shoulders
They pull closer to my own
And you whisper that you love me
So I whisper my love for you

Eyes clenching
Arms tightening
Thy hands find thy sword
And I hold into the heavens

And with the swiftness of light
I plunge it within you
The tip bleeding into me

And as we slowly die together
I hear you…..
Your last breath is my own
