my life,
nothing but a freakish nightmare,
near death from illness,
the cure gave me Unnatural powers,
then the flood,
and my parents death,
cursed to be used by criminals,
then presented with a choice,
to be a hero,
or to remain a tool for villains,
I chose heroship,
and they treated me like an equal,
not a tool,
the respected me,
but most of all they cared,
they are now my friends and family,
and I love them all.
