Note this is a poem that covers the deeds of the Kings Of the mark

Eorl was the father of The Mark, earning the nation with his deeds. When he died at 60, his son Brego was top royalty.

Brego, the builder of Medusel, in his capitol it is true. However, the death of two of his sons ended his life in grief before it was due.

Aldor, the old, ruled for 75 years; longest reign for a monarch the Mark hath known. He past away at 101 his reign was one of peace, in Harrowdale many lived. His one son of five offspring came to the thrown when good-bye to life he bid.

Frea, the forth king the Mark, as lordly as his name. The Mark grew and prospered still; no enemy was his bane.

Freawine came next. Yet not much from his father he changed. He ruled for 21 years no cause for him to feel pain.

Goldwine, one who gives the gift of treasure, the best one of its kind, continued to rule in peace the Mark did not decline.

Deor, would pass while clouds amassed over his kingdom's halls. The wild men from Dunland took Isen before his fall.

Gram was the eight to come high to the throne; he would see much peace while he reigned, more than his son did know.

Helm with the Hammerhand, for it was not his true last name. It was legend when he smote a man with one blow from his rage. He would lose much his lands to a vengeful foe, but he would hold out. Lasting in the Hornberg till his kin could come out.

Frealaf, first king of a new line, from his uncle he was crowned, he would retake Edoras and the Dunlendings cast out.

Brytta gave much to his people, and they cherished their king they did. The deemed him their "beloved" and defeat the orcs, he did.

Walda was the twelfth of the kings, a tragic one indeed. He reigned a mere 9 years, before killed by orcs it seems.

Folca, the hunter, The boar Everholdt he slew, but he was wounded by its tusks ending his life too.

Folcwine, a king that would rule short of 40 years, never flinching with is aid. He would send two sons to die in Gondor fighting Southrons on its plains.

Fenegel was a distant man, more interested in himself. The Rohirrim of the lands must have been happy when he fell.

Thengel: left the Mark when young, disliking his father he did. Isengard was claimed by a wizard and corrupt the land he did.

Theoden would rule in a time no man would wish to see; he would lead the fight at the wall in the Deep, while he gained a victory there, his kin would soon weep.

Eomer: was the last king of this age. The founder of the third line, he found glory on foreign plains. At Minis Tirith the crown he claimed.

Elfwine is the last of the names we know. He would rule for a time his story was not foretold.

These are the names of the Horse-Lord Kings, with the Mark they were endowed. Their names belong to Arda's history, and the Rohirrim shall remain proud.
