Tides Of Change
Chapter 1
Prologue
One morning 10 year old Talon Sparrow awoke with start, she could hear shouting coming from the outside of
her cabin.
"What's going on?" she said sleepily to herself.
Just then she heard cannon fire, jumping up out of her bed she ran to her cabin door and
grabbed the handle and opened it. Outside of her cabin, it looked like a war ground. There were
bodies lying on the cold wet floor boards of the ship and swords clashing in front of her. While
observing the battle, she didn't notice someone come up behind her until it was too late. Talon screamed
as the pirate lifted her off the ground and slund her over his shoulder.
"I got Sparrow's daughter!" He shouted gleefully
While fighting another pirate on the helm, Jack was broken out of his concentration, when heard the
other pirate. Immediately Jack started to panic. Jumping off the helm, Jack shouted, "Talon!" She
was kicking wildly at the man carrying her. Grabbing onto a rope, Jack watched in horror as the man swung
across back to his ship. The captain of the ship started shouting orders. The enemy pirates who were still
on the pearl, swung across on the ropes as fast as they could with out getting killed by the pearl's
crew. The other ship's crew cut the ropes attaching the two ships together, brought the ancor up and set sail.
By the time the pearl's crew could get close enough to their ship to swing across, it was too late they
were already on their way and were out of range for the cannons. Jack looked to the horizan in disbelief
"I've lost 'er, I lost me only daughter."
"Jack! get a hold of yourself!" Anamaria yelled while slapping Jack across the face.
"Didn't deserve that." Jack mumbled quietly.
"Look Jack, don't jest give up, go after 'er! the Jack Sparrow I know would go after 'er!"
Anamaria said in a angry voice.
"Your right...hmmm, don't worry Talon Ol'Jack is comin to save ye! Lets go what are ye waitin
for? a bloody invite, get te work ye scallywags!" Jack shouted enthusiatically.
And so the Black Pearl set sails to find Talon Sparrow, before it was to late, Jack just hoped it
wouldn't be.
Little did they know that they were being watched by someone on a small island just off the
coast. The man watched long enough to see what direction they were heading in, then as fast as he
came, he turned and left.

Hey...sorry this is so short it's just my prologue so I didn't think it should be that long,
the other chapters will be bigger I promise. Well tell me what you guys and gals think and
