Sesshomaru walked along the fields. He watched Rin playing around with butterflies. The sun was falling behind the mountains. Through the fields he saw his hanyou brother, Inuyasha. He was running along with blood lust in his eyes. From even that distance Inuyasha looked in the direction of Sesshomaru. His eyes stunned Sesshomaru. Inuyasha snarled and ran faster. Not far behind him, Sesshomaru smelt his followers. He saw the human that made his brother so weak. "What a pathetic sight". Rin looked up at him. "What's wrong Senpai Sesshomaru"? "Its nothing Rin". She went back to playing.
Sesshomaru spun around. "He's coming back"! He looked at the leaves change their course in the wind. Inuyasha showed up. There was something different in his blood besides the demon blood. A glow came from his chest. The Shards of the jewel lay in his chest. "What is it little brother". Sesshomaru smirked. Inuyasha's attention drew to Rin. Sesshomaru quickly picked her up. Inuyasha had lost his group from running through the woods. "I smell Naraku". "Naraku put those into you didn't he"? Inuyasha only glared at the demon.
The group had finally showed up Inuyasha was fighting Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru for once looked tired. Inuyasha broke Sesshomaru's sword the one his father gave him. It shattered into pieces as it rumbled before Sesshomaru's stunned face. Through the shatters Inuyasha flew at him. He tried to dodge Inuyasha's claws, but failed. Sesshomaru's chest began to bleed. He looked at Inuyasha fast. His hair came down. Sesshomaru was red eyed now. "You are going to pay me back for that". His whip came forth. "Sango get that out of Inuyasha's chest"! "Gotcha"! He looked at Kagome and lunged at her. Miroku came forth to help Kagome.
A painful cry came out from behind them. Kagome screamed and fell down to her knees. Miroku stunned couldn't move by the sight. Sesshomaru turned around. His eyes trembled at the sight.
Sango was hanging onto the shards dead. Inuyasha's claws lay in bedded into Sango and Rin. He went normal from the shards being removed. He was so surprised at what he saw. He touched Sango. She was dead and cold. He looked at the girl next to him. It was Rin as well. He looked to the group. Sesshomaru moved forward.
He fell to his knees and looked at Rin. His red eyes were soft and glazed. Miroku took Sango away from them. Kagome touched Inuyasha's shoulder. Sesshomaru put down the lifeless body carefully. "Rin.". Inuyasha stood up. The wind streamed through his hair. "Sesshomaru.". Sesshomaru stood up. He looked into Inuyasha's eyes he was crying. "Please kill me Sesshomaru". Sesshomaru walked up to Inuyasha, Kagome got in the way. "NO"! Sesshomaru pushed her away. He looked at his brother. "No". Inuyasha looked up. "Huh"? "Inuyasha join me to kill Naraku"! "Sesshomaru"? Sesshomaru stuck his hand out. Inuyasha looked at it. He grabbed it. They let each others hands go. "Besides father told me not to kill you".
So they walked to the castle of Naraku. They came close. The wind blew hard. "Its time". The brothers looked at each other in hope. Inuyasha thought to himself. "Finally the time to bring me journey to and end, but why this way"? "I didn't kill them, Naraku did". "His time is now"! "We will kill him"! Sesshomaru looked at his brothers determined face. He put his hand on his shoulder. Inuyasha looked back at his other friends. Miroku, Shippo, Kouga, Kirara, and Kagome. "Were with you". "Okay then lets go"! They ran to the castle.
