Hiya, This is my first ever story, ^^ The story is completely original and
is copyright to me but some of the characters are not mine, but the company
who owns cowboy bebop (The character profiles are not completely accurate
though, ie- different personalitys and looks) although some characters are
mine and have nothing to do with cowboy bebop! Anyway I hope you enjoy
reading my story and please don't be put off by my bad typing, description,
and plot, whatever! Please remember that this is my first ever story so
please be kind and add a review.

The room was full of cigarette smoke and a foul smell of stale alcohol lingered in the air and filled the lungs of the people who were sat at the bar, drowning there sorrows, trying to forget there pasts and foolishly thinking the answer is at the bottom of the glass. Faye stared at the door at the end of the room, she didn't know what she thought might happen or what she was waiting for, but somehow she knew that the winds of fate would sooner or later pass her by, they always did. She was a bounty hunter, and a very good one at that, only the wages were dreadful and she wasn't even praised, which was sad considering she risked her life on nearly every mission she was given. The bounty hunter was deep in thought when several men dressed fully in black silently slid into the bar and stood suspiciously along the far wall. After a few minutes of constant whispering, one of the men moved forward and perched himself onto on the bar stools. He coughed and raised his hand to get the attention from the bar staff, who seemed to stand there and just blink at him.
"Excuse me madam, but would you mind answering a few quick questions?" He asked politely. The barmaid sailed over to the men in the black suit and tie.
"Can I get you a drink?" She said blankly and expressionless, as if she was programmed.
"Let me start by introducing myself, my name is Spike and I would be honoured if you could be of some assistance. I was wondering if you know anything about the bounty hunter, named Faye Valentine. She is pretty infamous but I was hoping you might know something, working in this downtown parlour. See we are on important council business" Spike said nodding towards the other men, who were now looking shy and uncomfortable from the many people staring at them.
"We don't know anyone by the name of Valentine here, anyway we don't do any favours for the council here, they have caused us enough trouble" She looked angry as she spoke.
"Umm..Yes. Well as I said she is pretty unknown" He said, he knew the women was hiding a secret.
Faye, who was now fully listening to their conversation from across the bar, was liking this spike less and less. After finished her drink, she slowly slid her hand under her clothes and pulled on the revolver, which was tied on the inside rim of her jacket. She dropped a handful of notes on the table as payment for the several drinks she had had before and with the other hand she tighten her fist around the gun and casually walked out the room, following spike and his groupies. As soon as she left the saloon she hardly had chance to blink before several armed weapons were pushed against the side of her head.
Ryoko: Well that was it people! I know it wasn't very good and was really short but the first two chapters just introduce the main characters, so it will get better, trust me! Please add a review leaving comments or any suggestions you may have. Thanks! -xx-
