~Sorry, it's only started and not too good yet, but if you stick around
more I promise to have more^_^ Thanks for giving it a chance^_^~
It was raining outside. A frustrated Saito sits at his desk, looking at his papers. "What is this?" he questions, holding one of the papers up. A gasp escaped as his eyes got wide.
"Wow, it's sure coming down! It hasn't rained this long in a while. It's been three days straight!" Kaoru looked out the door of the dojo. "I wonder if Kenshin's alright."
"It's not like a little rain will hurt him. Come on! It's Kenshin after all," Yahiko reassured her. "I'm sure he caught a big one!" They looked off into the distance. A figure came walking towards the dojo.
"There he is!" Yahiko said, as Kenshin walked up to them.
"Did you catch anything?" Kaoru asked. Kenshin smiled innocently.
"Not a thing, I'm afraid."
"You know, Kenshin, we were counting on you to catch at least something that we could eat. It's hard to find money with no new students, so we can't afford to go to the Akabeko every time you can't catch anything!" Kaoru reminded him.
"I'm sorry, that I am," he apologized. "But with all the rain we've been getting I'm sure that there's something in the garden we could eat for tonight, that I am."
"Well, okay. But next time we might not be as lucky, so you better catch something!"
"Okay, Miss Kaoru. I'll try, that I will."
Everyone stepped inside as Kenshin walked to the garden outside. He picked some vegetables and started for the porch. As he stepped inside, Kaoru handed him a yukata. "Here. You must be cold after being in the rain that long."
"Thank you, Miss Kaoru." He smiled, taking the yukata. "Well, I must be getting dinner started." Kenshin got changed, then went into the kitchen to get started on the miso. Of course, Sanouske stopped by, knowing that there would be food there. After dinner, everyone just hung around and started talking. Sano and Yahiko were arguing about something stupid, Kenshin tried to calm them both down, and Kaoru was staring out at the rain. "Sano, you're more than welcome to stay over night. It doesn't look like the rain will be stopping any time soon," she said.
"Thanks."
Just then, Kenshin looked at the door. "We have a visitor, that we do." He said. Is it really him? Kenshin walked up to the door, looking out. A carriage was parked outside the walls of the kendo school. A man and a boy stepped out of it. It is.
"Who is it, Kenshin?" Sano asked.
"You'll never believe it," Kenshin said. Sano shoved past Kenshin to take a look. He gasped, and then got angry.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING ALIVE!!" He shouted at Saito, but Saito didn't look up at him.
