Buffy, Dawn and Xander are sitting on the back steps.
"And you know how sometimes a person falls for a person they shouldn't but they can't really help it?"
Buffy looks at Xander. Oh... here it comes.
Dawn jumps in, "But it's ok, because as long as it's love, it doesn't matter."
Oh great, my sister's defending me.
Buffy asks them how long they've known.
Xander tells her a couple of months.
Dawn blushes.
"And what if it isn't love? What if it's just..."
"Sex?" Xander finishes for her.
"Oh, but it's not. It's love." Dawn looks at Xander and he takes her hand.
Buffy sees where this is going and almost wishes it were about Spike.
