p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""WAKE UP GIRL!"/span/p
p class="MsoNormal" /p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"Harri let out a quiet stream of profanities. She had to be dreaming still. She could not believe that her dreams had led her to this moment when she was so happy and reminiscing about her first couple of years at Hogwarts and then getting to meet Sirius. Harri stayed quiet and concentrated on waking up, but she wasn't waking up. After a couple of minutes of unsuccessfully pinching herself awake, Harri started to hyperventilate and whispering over and over to herself that this was all a dream and that she would wake up any minute from now. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"But that never came, instead her aunt stormed to her cupboard, and isn't that just the saddest thing that she considered this her cupboard thought Harri. Aunt Petunia yanked the door open and glared at her lovely niece. So much like Lily, her dreaded freak of a sister. Her sister had gotten all of it! The looks, the charm, and the magic, not that she would ever admit the latter. Harri looked like her mother with some accents of her father in her face and her poor style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanHarri was made by Petunia to wear nonprescription hideous glasses that hid part of her mother's beauty, but it never managed to hide the beauty of her green eyes and vibrant red hair, and with that, Harri stepped on her glasses, breaking them in two. Harri's aunt looked like a stretched giraffe combined with horse like features and cold pale eyes. Petunia hated the spawn of her sister, and it didn't help that Harri looked almost like an exact replica of her late sister either. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""Well, what are you waiting for girl? Get up and get breakfast started!" Still Harri said nothing and surveyed her style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanShe had never forgiven her aunt for the abuse she had to deal with growing up and seeing her in the flesh once again, even if she thought was still a dream, did nothing to hide the glare in her eyes. Immediately, Petunia got infuriated with Harri's eyes that mocked her for being a muggle and not being accepted into Hogwarts. But that was impossible reasoned Petunia because she knew nothing of the wizarding world. Petunia raised her hand to wipe away that mockery in her nieces' eyes and just before she actually hit her, her hand was stopped by an invisible force that wouldn't let her come into contact with her niece. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"Harri eyes lit up when her wandless magic stopped the assault. She let out a humorless snicker and sighed looking at her aunt directly into her eyes./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""Want to try and doing that again dearest aunt Petunia?" Harri gave a feral grin and took a step closer to her, causing Petunia to step backwards when a chill ran down her spine. Her senses telling her that this girl was dangerous and warning her of a threat. But against her better judgement she went red and yelled at her./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""HOW DARE YOU! AFTER EVERYTHING THAT WE'VE…" Harri cut her short and snorted. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""You haven't done shit for me, you given me the bear minimum to survive, and you still complain about giving me everything, but please tell me about everything that you've given me." Harri kept her voice leveled and she eyed Petunia up. Which itself was a comical sight coming from a ten-year old scrawny girl./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"Harri knew that she couldn't hold her off for much longer without using magic and she didn't want anyone knowing about her wandless magic, not even her relatives, just in case she wasn't really dreaming. Anyone could Legilimize her relatives and see her potential and wandless magic. For now, Harri wanted to remain under the radar until she was ready to unleash herself unto the world. So, without another thought, Harri ran outside in Dudley's hand-me-down shirt that fit her like a knee length dress and ran to the garden and searched for any snake. She might as well use her abilities to her advantage. People were bound to find out eventually the rational part of Harri spoke to her. Already hearing her aunt's banshee like scream, Harri called out in Parseltongue. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""emCome to me and aid your Lady/em" Immediately dozens of snakes crawled out of their hiding place and looked out to find the speaker. The snakes immediately followed Harri and crawled upwards onto her small body and bared their fangs out when Petunia appeared with her frying and ready to knock out Harri for speaking out of turn. When Petunia saw her niece covered in garden snakes all over her body with some of the snakes crawling out of hair making her look like medusa, Petunia shrieked bloody murder and all of the neighbors peeked out of their curtain to see what was happening through their windows. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"Harri gave a frightening smirk and then spoke to the snakes once again, making sure that her aunt Petunia could clearly hear that she wasn't speaking in English. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""emScare her, but don't bite her./em"span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanHarri let her tongue slither at the end to get a more dramatic effect that was clearly a trait that she picked up from Sirius. Harri stocked back into the house with the snakes still on her. And finally, she saw Uncle Vernon and his whale of a son Dudley./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"She waved cheerfully at her uncle, letting him get a sense that she was harmless enough to push around even with the snakes on her. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"His face immediately turned cheery red, and he yelled at her waving his fist./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""GET THESE SNAKES OUT OF HERE, DO YOU HEAR ME GIRL?!" But Harri only gave them a girlish giggle and spoke calmly./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""I don't think I will, see, I think that I have grown rather fond of these beautiful snakes" The snakes sensing a compliment rubbed up against her and hissed in pleasure as she scratched their bellies. Immediately, the color in Vernon's face drained away and he went pale. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""Now see here gi…"/span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""Nope" Harri responded cutting him off. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""Things are going to change around here, whether you like it or not. I won't make your life difficult if you don't make my life difficult. It's as easy as that and you will only have to see me during summers when I'm back from Hogwarts" Both Vernon and Petunia gasped when they heard her respond in an almost a soft way./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""How did you…" Harri cut her aunt off once again, enjoying how it infuriated her to be cut off, and knowing that they couldn't do anything about it./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""I don't have to explain myself and I won't. It's for me to know and for you to not ask about, it won't change anything if I answer your questions." Harri continued as if her aunt and uncle weren't ready to explode at the girl, that just yesterday whimpered after being punished for not weeding the gardens faster./span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""This upcoming September Ill board the train and head to Hogwarts. And Petunia, you will take me to Diagon Alley to get my stuff. You can wait outside for all I care, but you're coming with me if you like it or not" Harri said with finality to her words. Her aunt and uncle simply nodded in fright and having accomplished putting them in their place, Harri released the snakes and bid them farewell and a thanks. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;""My friends are always around" Harri smirked with a vile glint in her eyes. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;" /span/p
p class="MsoNormal"span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"And out of nowhere Harri gave them her most angelic smile and nodded happily like if they had finally come to a conclusion after hours of debating. Harri walked to her cupboard and hollered out of it. "I'm taking the second bedroom" After much wining from Dudley, he finally understood that he will not be bothering Harri anymore and will not get anywhere near close to her anymore./span/p
