"Godric! Why?!" Salazar paced the floor quickly. "How could you let one of, THEM into the
school!?"
"Ease up, Salazar. 'Tis only a muggle-born."
"MUGGLE-born! Muggle's are the world's abomination! They turn on their own!"
"Salazar, I know you still miss Gwendolyn but there was nothing you could do about that! It
doesn't mean all of them are bad!"
"YES IT DOES!" Slytherin yelled. "They killed her! And she wasn't even a witch." He started to
break down. "She wasn't even a witch!"
"Dada?" A timid voice came from the corner. "You're yelling. Are you mad at me?" the little
blond girl asked with tears streaming down her face. Salazar's face softened when he saw his daughter.
"No sweetie. I'm not mad at you." Salazar suddenly felt guilty for making his little girl cry.
"Come here," he said opening his arms to his daughter.
She buried her face into his shoulder and said in a muffled voice, "I want Mama."
"So do I Emmy darling."
"I had a bad dream again. The monsters were coming with fire." She buried her little face further.
"See Godric!" He hissed. "This is what happens when you trust muggles! Either the muggle goes,
or Emily and I do."
"Salazar," Gryffindor said with a mournful look on his face. "Why must it come to this?"
"We're leaving. Tomorrow." He pushed Gryffindor towards the exit. "Good night. I have a
crying 4 year old to put to bed."

So? I don't know if I'm gonna continue… It's just my take on how Salazar left. I might keep going if I get
reviews. *hint, hint, nudge, nudge*
