KatDrama: Okay, this is a taste of what is to come.

Kitty: This is not the story, just a flash forward for dramatic effect. ^_^

KatDrama: But I will get around to writing the rest of the story soon, so rest assured.

Kitty: You won't be disappointed.

KatDrama: All of your questions will be answered in the later chapters.

Kitty: This is just to give you a taste of the story.

KatDrama: Janette is the fictional character that we will be following in this story.

Kitty: In other words, we really can't write the real story until someone tells us how to spell Shoot and Bakunetsumaru's name right. So plz do that and I well get around to writing the story story.

KatDrama: Now, the little preview.

You Can't Fight the Wind, part 1

The radio flipped on.

"Attention citizens of Snow Mountain." Janette announced, tears misting up in her eyes.

"This is a storm warning from your local Ski Patrol. As you might have noticed, we are in the middle of a raging blizzard. Water pipes are freezing all over the place. If you still have water, collect it in pitchers to save for when you need it. Otherwise, you can melt snow."

"If you must leave the house make sure that you tie a cable to the house so you can find your way back."

"This is a total white out. Winds are blowing up to 75 mph. We've already lost satellite connections and phone lines are down. There is no way to contact others outside of the city."

She drew in her breath. "Electrical lines are freezing. Soon we will be without electricity. Make sure you have a large pile of wood next to the door for heat. Reserve food and water. Ration it out and eat sparingly."

"Keep warm. Huddle together. We're not sure how long the blizzard will last, but if you follow my instructions we shall all make it through this, alive."

The radio crackled, and families all around the village cuddled close to the radio, fear gripping their hearts.

"We will stay by for emergency assistance as long as we can. Please only radio in a real emergency. Remember, there is limited amount of what any human being can do out there. Robots are useless in this weather, so don't send them out, they freeze right up."

Otherwise the Gundam force and my Patrol would be out there. Janette thought as she drew in a ragged breath. "This is Janette Larson for the Snow Mountain Ski Patrol, signing off. Good luck to you all, and may God protect us."

Janette flipped the radio off and cried. Never in her life had she had to do something like that. Could she really guarantee the safety and the lives of others?

Ooh, what is this story about, you might ask? That gives you a tad of an idea. ^_^ okay, now plz review.
