The water pounded on the rocks below the T tower, Robin was in the medical ward. He said in a low voice "My aching head" he looked around to see Starfire asleep on the chair .He asked himself "What the hell happened "
Cyborg repairing his arm said, "You were hit from behind"
"Let me guess Slade" Robin felt as if he was an idiot, Cyborg continued, "You've been out for hours Star never left your side". Robin had felt a smile come over him
"Well we'll just have to kick his ass next time," Robin said slamming his fists together.
As the next day started Robin was training harder faster and longer than ever, Beast Boy was taunting Robin.
"Dude you got your ass kicked" Robin infuriated said in an angered voice said, "at least I took on Slade out ass hole"
"Whatever dude"
Later on in the day Robin was being mentally tested by the Goth girl "this is puzzling I don't know how you were defeated"
"Me either"
"Well you are perfectly normal"
"I guess I better get going then, thanks."
Starfire was waiting for Robin and she looked like she wanted to say something to the boy wonder when all he did was turn and gave her a kiss. She was so shocked that she didn't notice he left. At 9:00 Robin snuck in Slade's lair and screamed, "Come out you bastard" and the battle began.
