Dragon's Reign...
I slept in my coven, but that will end in short time
For soon my belly will ache with hunger
But my eyes of rage suddenly flashed open
When a faraway sound disturbed my slumber
I felt the presence of mortal food
Intruding on my forbidden land
With flash of flame and a gust of wind
I arose to confront the foolish band
I soared through the clouds of darkness
Examining my prey with keen tact
Until at last the time was right
And with a bellow, I attacked
The wild one in the front gave the cry as I did
Using his weapon with a face of madness
But he was nothing to me as I approached
And released the fires of hell and darkness
As they tried their meager attacks
Using all they had to fight me
I brought the fury of the flames to them
So that a burning death, they would see
The weak mortals perished within the flames
Becoming nothing more than ash and ember
And with a triumphant roar, I swooped away
So that their home too would ablaze asunder
They must all know that this world belongs to me
This world of darkness and pyre.
So that they may learn once and for all
That this is my reign of fire!
