It was the next day time for Shane's pool party and i was nervous in just a few short minutes hunter would be on my doorstep i was still in shock when he said he would pick me up anyway i was finishing getting ready when the doorbell rang i ran over to the door and opened it.

"Hi hunter come on in im almost ready to go i just need to get my bag."

I was in awe hunter was wearing tight blue jeans cut off shorts a gray tank top and a backward baseball cap he looked so sexy.

"That's ok Lisa take your time wow you look really pretty."

"Oh this old thing I've had this dress for years i finally fit into it."

I was wearing a white sun dress with a white bikini under it and my hair was up in a ponytail.

We got into his car and drove for what seemed like miles finally we arrived on what looked like a huge estate almost like a compound.

"Wow i gotta say the mcmahon's really know how to live."

"Yeah vince sure can pick them out come on lets go in."

We walked into the house to be met by steph's mom Linda.

"Hunter hello who's your pretty friend."

"Hi Linda this is Lisa Anderson she been working with steph for a couple of weeks."

"Oh yes steph has told me so much about you."

"Its such a honor to meet you Mrs. mcmahon."

"Please call me Linda why don't the two of you head outside everyone is by the pool."

We headed to the back just like Linda said and she was right everyone was at the pool hunter saw shane and steph talking to each other so we walked over to them.

"Hi guys."

"Lisa you came and i see you brought a friend my don't you two look like a cute couple don't they shane."

"They sure do I'll tell ya Lisa if i wasn't a happily married man i would sweep you off your feet."

"I bet you would shane but i think marissa might be alittle mad with me if i stole her husband away from her."

"Lisa come take a walk with me."

"Sure steph."

"So you and hunter seem to be getting along rather well."

"I guess so steph but i know hunter would never go for me i mean look at who he is dating."

"So people date alot of other people when there dating someone else what if hunter asked you out what would you say."

"God i never really thought about it if he asked i would say yes in a heartbeat."

I looked over at hunter he was smiling at me i loved his smile so warm and caring nothing like the guy you see in the ring night after night.

Later that afternoon i was sitting talking to Linda and steph when hunter came over to us.

"Excuse me ladies but my i steal Lisa away from you for just a minute."

"Sure hunter she's all yours."

Hunter reached out his hand for my i took his hand and we walked down to a private trail as we were walking we past by a rose bush hunter picked a white rose off it and handed it to me.

"I love sunsets it makes the sky look so beautiful."

"Yes sunsets are beautiful but not as beautiful as you are."

"That was really sweet hunter."

"I love the way the sun shines on your hair."

He took his hand and brushed my hair behind my ear and ran his thumb along my cheek.

"Lisa there's something i wanna do but i won't if ya don't want me to."

"What do you wanna do you."

"I wanna kiss you."

I just nodded my head yes hunter leaned in and kissed me soft and passionately but i knew this was wrong.

"Hunter wait we can't do this its wrong."

"Why why is it wrong."

"Its wrong because of Joan your dating her you have been for along time what about her what if she finds out."

"Lisa she and i have been having alot of troubles lately but if you wanna stop ill stop."

"Im sorry i m just not ready for this i don't wanna ruin a great friendship that we have i can understand if you never wanna talk to me again."

"Of course not i will always be your friend i just got caught up in the romantic moment."

"I did to and hey ya never know maybe this romantic moment can happen again someday."

Hunter and I hugged i couldn't get the kiss out of my head its all i could think about over the next few weeks hunter and i got close and joanie didn't like it much but she was learning to live with it she would do anything for hunter she loved him and she would anything for him i know if i was his girl i would go through hell and high water to just keep him happy my head was telling to just be friends but heart wanted more so much more!!!!!
