Life has been great its been almost 2 months since i gave to birth to my
beautiful baby daughter Selena Marie it so wonderful being a mother and
selena is the light of my life and the apple of hunter's eye.
I've been staying with Stephanie till hunter finished getting his place ready for me and the baby he kept everything a secret not even Steph knew.
It was a chilly Saturday afternoon when i got a phone call from hunter's sister Lynn.
"Hello oh hi Lynn."
"Hi Lisa im at my brother and i have been given strict instruction to come get you and my pretty little niece."
"Yeah i just need to get her coat on and will be ready."
"Ok im on my way."
Lynn and I have really got close since selena was born i think were closer then she is with hunter and the blood relatives and also hunters parents have taken me and selly as part of the family.
As Lynn came and got us i put selly in her car seat and buckled her in tight and we were off to our new home.
When we got there steph,shane,rissa and Linda was there.
"Welcome home Lisa."
"Thanks Steph where's hunter."
"Oh he's inside go on in and then go up stairs he has a surprise for you well bring selena up."
So i did i went inside and headed upstairs and walked down the hall to one of the rooms when i got there i was so surprised the whole room was decorated in pink and it had winnie the pooh which is my favorite Disney character.
"Welcome home Lisa."
"Oh hunter everything looks so beautiful when did you find the time to do all this."
"I had Linda and Marisa's help with the decorating but i picked out the crib and the rocking chair."
"Everything looks so perfect im sure Selena will grow to love it."
Linda came in holding Selena when she saw hunter she smiled for the first time.
"Now there's my girl Lisa look she smiling."
"See i told you she loves this place already just as much as i do."
Hunter held selena with one arm and hugged me with the other i was so lucky to have hunter in my life and my daughter's.
"Now lets put this little one down for her nap she looks tired."
Hunter laid her down in her crib and showed me my room which was right next to the baby's room.
"This is your room i bought a baby monitor so you could hear selly when she cries i also bought one for my room to so if you ever need a night off i would be able to take care of her to."
"Have i told you how much i love you for this for everything your doing for me and the baby."
"I love you and selly so much i would do anything for the two of you."
Hunter took me in his arms and kissed me i was so happy i couldn't ask for more.
"So what do ya wanna do tonight."
"Hmmm why don't we rent a few movies and just veg out on the couch."
"Now that sounds good ill go to the video store and get some good movies anything special."
"Surprise me."
"Ok ill be right back."
Hunter left to go the store when i heard selena crying.
"Its ok honey mommys here aww baby you just need a diaper change there now doesn't that feel better darling."
I walked over to the rocker and rock her back to sleep.
"Oh sweetie i love you so much and so does your daddy he loves us both with all his heart i just hope i can make him happy as much as he's made me and we are gonna be happy i just wish i could remember what happened to me in LA but it doesn't matter your here and i love you and your daddy and that's all that matters."
I placed her back in her crib and headed down stairs when i heard hunter pull up in the drive way.
"Lisa i m back."
"Im in the kitchen so what did you get."
"Well i got the all time chick flick 3 hour long Titanic."
"Oh wow this is my favorite movie i must have gone to see at least a hundred times your really gonna like it."
I heard hunter let out a grown.
"OH god you gonna make me watch this aren't you."
"Yes i am and your gonna have to get use to this stuff with two women living with you."
"And i couldn't ask for a better life."
Hunter pulled me close and kissed me when the phone rang.
"Oh perfect timing."
I walked over to pick up the phone.
"Hello hello is someone there."
"I know about you and your baby's father in Los Angeles."
"Who is this."
"Just a friend and i know who your baby's father is and i know you weren't rapped you planed the whole thing your nothing but a slut a whore and i m gonna see that you get what you deserve."
Whoever it was hung up i was terrified whoever it was knew my baby's father i didn't understand no one knew what happened to i couldn't even remember.
"Who was that babe."
What was i gonna tell hunter i didn't want him to worry.
"Just a wrong number you got the popcorn."
"Yeah all ready and buttered to perfection."
"Great lets go watch the movie."
We walked into the living room and hunter put the tape in the VCR he sat down next to me and puts him arms around me but i really wasn't into the movie i couldn't get the phone call out of my head who was that person and how did they know what happened to me in my eyes my nightmare was just starting and there was no way i could stop it.
