Back in the chamber Neela is pacing back and forth.
"Is there any sort of air-conditioning?" She asks Tim.
Tim ignores her and starts to tell a story about the heat.
"Every winter is the same thing, temperature goes down, heaters are turned up and people asphyxiate." He says.
Neela ignores him.
"I mean, why does it have to be so bloody hot in here?"
"When pressure rises in fixed volume it is going to get warm, ideal gas law." He tells her.
"I can hardly breathe." She says.
Suddenly a bell goes off.
"Time to give the kid an air break." Tim says.
"How much time left?" She asks him.
"A hour 40." He replies calm.
~~~~~A while later~~~~~
In the chamber, Neela is staring at the clock.
"You know staring at it won't make it go any faster." Tim says to Neela.
"By why do they have to make these chambers so small?" She asks him.
"I've been in smaller. Do you want some vallium?"
"What?!" She asks, surprised.
"For your nerves?" He tells her.
"No...no I just need to get out of here." She yells.
"Where are you going?" Tim asks.
"I'm stepping into the air lock." She tells him.
"What? You can't." He tells her.
"He's stable now, he'll be fine." She says.
"No..." He starts.
"If I do not get out of here I am going to lose it, do you understand?!" She yells at him.
The technician talks to Tim over the speaker.
"Are you ok with this?" He asks Tim.
"Yea yea, just go ahead." He tells him.
The technician then talks to Neela.
"Lucky for you it's easier going up then down." He says.
"Hurry please!" She tells him.
Suddenly there is a beeping noise.
"The baby has a tachycardia." She tells him.
"Crash cart. Calling Dr. Olivera." He tells her.
"Are you coming back in?" He asks her.
"Just until the other doctor arrives." She replies.
"Ow!" She yells.
Tim looks into the air lock.
"My ear....is BLEEDING!" She screams.
"Its alright you just punctured an ear drum. Don't worry it grows back." He tells her.
She rolls her eyes and runs into the chamber.
