Hey people, this is my first try at a fanfic so be kind. Don't be afraid to give constructive criticism, I appreciate that since I wanna improve!!!! BTW I changes some of the words (ie from he to she) to make it for Inuyasha

As Inuyasha sat quietly on the branch of the god tree, which was conveniently located above Kagome's sleeping bag, he felt a sting of bitter guilt and sadness. He wanted to tell Kagome how he really felt about her. He wanted to tell her how crazy her scent made him, how his heart did a little dance when she smiled, how he wanted to die when he say her cry. But he couldn't because of…..Kikyo.

Damn her! Even in her death she still made him suffer. He couldn't deny it, he still had feelings for her but now it was feelings of guilt…not love. With Kagome it's different, he truly loved her, but Kikyo did too much damage for him to recover from.

"Kagome…" Oh shit, did he just say her name out loud? 'Oh god I hope she didn't hear me.'
"Inuyasha, did you call my name? Come down here please." Even in the night Inuyasha could see her deep brown swirling orbs, and the look she had in them. Gulp… "Umm yea I'm coming", 'at least now I have a reason to be close to her'. With his grace he leapt to her side.

"Inuyasha, what were you thinking about, it looked like you were deep in thought?" Kagome asked quietly.
'About you…' "What's it to you wench?" 'Oh god I'm such an idiot'
"I was just worried". She gave him a look that showed concern, hope and what was that other emotion he saw in her eyes? Love.
'That's it I'm going to tell her, I'm going to tell her…' "Uhhh, Kagome, can I Ask you a question?"
"Sure, Inuyasha" Kagome answered truthfully.
"Will you stay with me…forever" Inuyasha whispered so quietly he wasn't sure if she heard him. But he knew as soon as she jumped into his arms.
"Of course, you didn't even have to ask" Kagome sighed into his silver hair. She wrapped her arms around his neck. Inuyasha snaked his arms around her waist, and looked deep into her eyes. They stayed like that until he leaned in a captured her lips and claimed them as his own. At first it was innocent and chaste, but soon their passion for each other came out as they deepened their kiss. Inuyasha playfully nibbled on her bottom lip. His tongue san over her soft lips, innocently asking for permission to enter. Kagome melted against him as she slowly parted her lips. Soon their tongues were in a battle, and Inuyasha's heart skipped a beat when he heard her moan.
