KAREN AND DAN'S TALK
"Deb and I are getting a divorce and I would like both of my sons to live with me." said Dan.
"No, you only started acknowledging him thursday, it is only saturday," said Karen. "But where are you moving?"
"I dunno just yet. Before last night I've been living at the beach house. Probably there." said Dan.
"Oh, why do you wanna know Lucas now? Not before." asked Karen.
"Because I've been able to face up to the biggest mistake of my life, now." said Dan.
"Fine Dan, but if anything happens to him, so help me god I will kill you," said Karen.
"Thank you so much, Karen." Dan said, hugging her.
"Yeah, where is the beach house?" asked Karen.
"On the beach on the other side of Tree Hill." said Dan.
"Okay, but if Lucas doesn't want to, he doesn't, okay?" said Karen.
"Okay, I am going to talk to him now," said Dan.
"Dan, it is 2 in the morning." said Karen.
"Oh yeah," said Dan.
"Well, there's more that I'd like to talk about. My boy is to be in at 12 on weeknights and 1 on weekends. Haley is allowed to stay overnight, I trust them. You find him drinking, ground him. Just try to do the same with Nathan." said Karen.
"I will. I will be the best father anyone has ever seen." said Dan.
"Good, now you go sleep in Lucas's room. It is the second door on the left." said Karen.
"Thank you," said Dan. "Goodnight, Karen Roe."
He did that because when they were going out that is how they would say goodnight to eachother.
"Dan, I've missed you so much." said Karen.
"I've missed you, too," said Dan. He kissed her.
"You wanna share my room with me?" Karen asked.
"I'd love that." said Dan. They went to her room and he just held her.
"It feels so good to be in your arms again," said Karen.

IN THE MORNING AT THE HOSPITAL
"Hey sexy," Lucas said as Haley was waking up.
"Hey handsome," Haley said. "Those two look so cute."
"Yeah, they do," said Lucas.
"But we look way cuter." said Haley.
"Totally agreed." said Lucas. "Wanna make out?"
"Yeah, I can't wait til you get out of here." said Haley.
"That'll be sooner than you think," said Dan, walking in. "Lucas, we need to talk, Haley would you leave, just for a couple minutes."

"Just for a couple minutes. How would you feel moving into the beach house with me and Nathan? I don't know if he told you, but me and Deb are getting a divorce." said Dan.
"Maybe and yeah. I don't know if my mom will agree with me living with you." said Lucas.
"Well, I slept there last night. She said yeah, but she wrote down a few rules for you, she said they're the same as the ones there except she added that Haley can stay over anytime in your room, she trust you." said Dan.
"Then I guess it is settled. I am moving in," said Lucas.
"And you're getting out today. They said that there is no chance of anything happening to you, again, so I am gonna go check you out." said Dan. He decided that this wasn't the best time to tell his sons that he was dating Karen again.
"Okay, I will wake them up. Send Haley in, I wanna tell her." said Lucas.
"Will do, thanks Luke," said Dan. Haley came in.
"So...?" questioned Haley.
"I am moving in with Nathan and Dan and I get out today, with no possible chance of this recurring." said Lucas. Haley smiled, and he kissed her. "I just have to wake these two up."
"I will do it, NATHAN AND PEYTON, WAKE UP, LUCAS IS GETTING OUT NOW." yelled Haley.
"Shut up, Haley, wait, you're getting out," asked Nate.
"Yep, and I need to talk to you, girls." said Lucas.
"We'll leave," said Haley, grabbing Peyton's arm and pulling her out.

"Well, I don't know if you know, but I heard when you said that your parents are getting a divorce." said Lucas.
"Yeah, I am living with my dad." said Nathan.
"So am I, little brother," said Lucas. "Dan just asked me. We're all living at the beach house." said Lucas.
"Really, thank god, I love you man, now let's get you outta here." said Nathan. He was glad he, his brother, and their father were going to live together. Dan got Lucas released and Dan had his car waiting for him.
"Happy early birthday, it only a week away. Take Haley and go pack." said Dan.
"Thanks, Dan." said Lucas. Dan was being great.
"You're welcome, son," said Dan.
Haley and Lucas took off for his old house. His mom was sitting in his room with a bunch of boxes around her.
"Hey, Mom, you're okay with this, right?" Lucas asked.
"Yeah, Dan is a better man then I thought." said Karen.
"Does Keith know?" Haley asked.
"No, I don't think he knows about anything. I will call him today." said Karen.
"Okay. Well, I need my old truck to take all of this, it's out there, right?" asked Lucas.
"Yeah, Dan brought it back." said Karen.
Lucas packed the truck and they drove over and unpacked. He and Haley drove back to exchange cars and say goodbye.
"Bye, Mom, I love you," said Lucas.
"Bye Karen, I love you, also" said Haley.
"Bye you two, I love you both so much," said Karen, pulling the two in a hug.
All that was left in his old room was his bed, stereo, and his t.v. Dan had bought him all new and better of those things.
He and Haley arrived at the new house.
"Thanks for all the help, Hales. Are you staying over tonight?" asked Lucas.
"If you want me to," said Haley.
"That's a yes," said Lucas.
They finished decorating the room. It was the room any 16 year old boy could only dream of. He had a big screen tv, a high tech stereo, a king size water bed, a very expensive electric guitar, and ,compliments of his girlfriend, a life size picture of Haley, a basketball signed by a bunch of pro players, and he had his girlfriend. Dan came in.
"How is it?" asked Dan.
"Great." said Lucas.
"Haley cooked dinner since none of us can." said Dan. It was true, Scotts coudn't cook.
"Yeah, she's great, isn't she." said Lucas.
"Yeah, she's perfect for you, come on, it's done." said Dan.
"Okay, I will be right down." said Lucas.
He came down 5 minutes later, with a present for Haley.
"Haley, you've been here for me my whole life. Since I was 3 anyway, but this is for you to show you how much I care. It is a promise ring. It is a promise that whatever happens, I will always be here." said Lucas.
"Wow, thanks you Lucas," said Haley, and he kissed her.
"Now let's eat," said Lucas.
"Yeah." said Haley.
LUCAS AND HALEY GOING TO BED
"I am gonna call my mom, okay," said Lucas.
"Yeah," said Haley.
He dialed his mom's number, he said,"Hello Mom."
"Hi sweetie," said Karen.
"I just wanted to call and say goodnight," said Lucas.
"Yeah," said Karen. Lucas could tell she was not telling him something.
"Well Haley is getting undressed in front of me." said Lucas, even though it wasn't true. Haley gave him a dirty look, he mouthed to her,"I'll explain."
"That's nice honey, I love you, gotta go," said Karen.
"Yeah love you too," said Lucas. He hung up. "She wasn't listening to me, I could tell, so that was a test and she failed. She has something on her mind, but I'll find out tomorrow. Right now, all I wanna think about it the picture I set in my head."
"I am ready," said Haley.
"No, you're not, I will wait until whenever, no. I was kidding." said Lucas.
"I am Lucas. I want it to be with you, right now," said Haley.
"Are you positive?" He asked.
"Yes," said Haley. She unbuttoned his pants, then took off her shirt.
They fell asleep after doing it.
THE MORNING
"Lucas, I love you," said Haley.
"Last night was wonderful," said Lucas.
"Have you ever done it before, that was my first time." said Haley.
"It was my first time,too." said Lucas.
"Well, let's go somewhere," said Haley.
"How about school," laughed Lucas.
"Fine, if you want to," said Haley.
"Yeah, now get dressed in here. I will go in the bathroom." said Lucas.
"We need to take a shower." said Haley.
"Okay, you get yours first." said Lucas.
"We can get it together, just lock your door." said Haley.

They got their shower and went to school. They were driving in the parking lot and when they got out, everyone was staring at them. Haley had just kissed him in front of the whole school and people were goggling at that and the car. Nobody in the school had that good of a car. Nathan's was second best.
"What're you staring at, shows over," screamed Lucas. Brooke stormed up to him.
"You're going out with tutor girl? Wow, you're just going around through the Scotts, huh? Next you'll be with Dan then Keith." said Brooke, obviously mad that he had turned her down for Haley.
"Brooke, leave me alone." said Lucas.
"Your Daddy wants you now I've heard. Doesn't just wish you were a stain on the sheet. I really think you had better taste than that. You and Nathan both." said Brooke.
Peyton and Nathan came up behind Brooke.
"Knock it off, Brooke." said Peyton.
"Yeah," said Nathan. "Leave my brother and Haley alone."
"I thought you'd still be pouting over losing Haley, but you've raised your standards real high again, back to fucking the head cheerleader." said Brooke.
Peyton slapped Brooke,"Leave us alone, and you can be captain because I quit. I am sick of this. I hate cheerleaders. They're all just like you. Slutty, shallow, and easy."
Brooke left.
"Wow, if that wasn't the biggest catfight I've ever seen." said Nathan.
"Yeah, I hate her. You know that." said Peyton.
"C'mon, let's get to homeroom Lucas. You two get to yours." said Nathan.
"Yeah, c'mon Haley," said Peyton. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah, come on, I am ready, I love you Lucas, see ya guys." said Haley.
"So, I wonder what Brooke is going to be saying about us in homeroom?" laughed Nathan.
"Yeah," said Lucas.
"Dude, are you alright?" asked Nathan. They didn't know Brooke was listening to them.
"Promise not to tell," asked Lucas.
"Yeah," said Nathan.
"Well I don't feel right, I lied to Haley. We you know.. did it last night, and I lied and told he that I've never done it before." said Lucas.
"Oh, just don't let her find out." said Nathan. "Who was it?"
"Uhh... don't kill me... Peyton." said Lucas.
"It's all right, you two did go out for a few months." said Nathan.
"Yeah," said Lucas.
"Whatever you do, don't let her find out." said Nathan. And with that, Brooke went to homeroom to spread the news.
When Nathan and Lucas walked in, everyone stared at him, and Brooke had this huge smile on her face.
"Brooke, what is going on?" asked Nathan.
"Oh, you know your little talk you just had. Well, I figured I'd tell everyone so Haley finds out the truth?" said Brooke.
"You were spying on me?" shouted Lucas, and he ran out of the room to Haley. He couldn't let this get to her, but when he walked in it seemed it already had. Haley was crying.
"Haley," Lucas said. Everyone was staring at him.
"Go away," said Haley.
"I'm not going anywhere." said Lucas.
"I wouldn't have been that mad if you had of told me. Notice, I am still talking to Peyton. But you lied to me." said Haley.
"Haley, come on, I'll take you home." said Lucas.
"I am not going anywhere with you Lucas Scott." said Haley. And she stormed out the door. Lucas ran out after her. She ran into the girls bathroom and he went right after her. Nobody was in there, so he stayed. "Get out of here."
"No, I love you," said Lucas. "I am sorry for lying, but what could I say. So I just said no."
"Lucas, I don't know if I am over reacting but listen to how this sounds. You go out with Peyton, you sleep with Peyton, and we start going out, we sleep together, and you lie to me about it." said Haley.
"Okay, it does sound bad." said Lucas. "But please not end this over this little thing."
"How many times?" asked Haley.
"Alot, I couldn't count how many times." said Lucas.
"Okay," said Haley. "Did you love her?"
"Yeah, I did, but I love you more. Peyton is nice, it was just complicated." said Lucas.

"I dunno, maybe, I dunno, something else could've happened." said Lucas.
"Well, I guess I will give you one more chance, and if you lie to me ever again, we're over." said Haley.
"Okay, I am taking a shot in the dark, but you're not staying over tonight, are you?" asked Lucas.
"No," said Haley. "I am not. I am giving you another chance, but you are gonna have to give me some room."

He walked back to homeroom alone. He felt alone. He needed Haley to survive. This is exactly why he had said no before. Nathan had saved him a seat in homeroom. He still had to go through another half hour of people staring at him.
"Hey, are you alright?" asked Nathan.
"No, she said she'll give me a second chance, but she needs some space." said Lucas. "You know, this is why I said no when we were 14."
"Yeah, it'll be okay, man." said Nathan.
"No, it won't, it'll never be the same. I have never lied to her before this. Ever." said Lucas.
"Yes, it will," Nathan said, and then yelled. "Stop looking at us okay."
Everyone stopped looking then.

"I need to talk to Peyton." said Lucas.
"And get yourself in deeper with Haley," said Nathan.

TALKING TO PEYTON
He caught up with her in the hall and they left and went to the river court.
"So Haley still talking to you?" asked Lucas.

"Okay, well I'd try to say some stuff, except the whole reason you two are fighting is because of me." said Peyton.

"We're made up," said Lucas. "But for some reason, I think Nathan had something to do with this."

"Yeah, I know." said Lucas. But Peyton ran to a garbage can and puked. "Peyton, are you okay?"
"No, I've been puking every day for a week," said Peyton.
"You should go to the hospital, I will take you, come on." said Lucas.
AT THE HOSPITAL
"Doctor, I've been puking for the past week," said Peyton.
"Well, we'll run some tests, are you sexually active?" asked the doctor.
"Not for a month or two," said Peyton.
"Well it is possible you are pregnant then," said the doctor. "Was that with more than one guy."
"Just one," said Peyton.
"Okay, well, we'll take some tests, is this your boyfriend?" asked the doctor.
"No, friend." said Peyton.
"Okay, well he can stay with you." said the doctor. He took some blood and was off.
"Would it be mine?" asked Lucas. Haley would kill him.
"Sorry, yes," said Peyton. She was crying.
"No, don't be sorry, it's all right. I will be there for you. I swear I will. I will take care of our child if we even have on." said Lucas. He held Peyton.
"Thanks, Lucas, Haley is going to kill you though," said Peyton.
"If she truly loves me, no she won't. She'll stay with me no matter what. And Nathan will kill me." said Lucas.
"Yeah, thank you, oh here is the doctor. It's the moment of truth," said Peyton.
The doctor walked in. He said,"You are pregnant. Here are some pamphlets. And I will need to see you next week. Do you know who the father is?"
"Yes, he is," said Peyton, pointing to Lucas.
"Well, are you planning on coming to the appointments?" the doctor asked Lucas.
"Wouldn't miss a one." said Lucas.
"Okay, well, I'll see you two then." said the doctor.
They walked to Luke's car. Peyton said,"Lucas, you don't have to be involved."
"I want to, I want to know my kid," Lucas said, rubbing Peyton's stomach. "Well they should be home, do you wanna come with me?"

TELLING THEM
They walked in the house and saw Nathan and Haley sitting down at the table. Haley ran up to Lucas and kissed him.

"Well, Peyton has been throwing up this past week, and I took her to the hospital, because we were talking about you, Haley, and it turns out she's pregnant." said Lucas. "And it's mine."

"I don't know, Lucas. It just keeps getting weird. I love you and all, but what about Peyton. She needs you because of the baby." said Haley.
"And I'll be there, I will be at the appointments and the birth, but that doesn't mean we have to be together. We're good friends and I will be there for her. But hopefully you'll be there for me." said Lucas.
"I don't think I can be there for you. Watching my friend and my boyfriend have their child. I don't think I can do it, Lucas." said Haley, and she left.

"Last night was wonderful," said Lucas.
"Have you ever done it before, that was my first time." said Haley.
"It was my first time,too." said Lucas.
"Well, let's go somewhere," said Haley.
"How about school," laughed Lucas.
"Fine, if you want to," said Haley.
"Yeah, now get dressed in here. I will go in the bathroom." said Lucas.
"We need to take a shower." said Haley.
"Okay, you get yours first." said Lucas.
"We can get it together, just lock your door." said Haley.
"Fine," said Lucas.
They got their shower and went to school. They were driving in the parking lot and when they got out, everyone was staring at them. Haley had just kissed him in front of the whole school and people were goggling at that and the car. Nobody in the school had that good of a car. Nathan's was second best.
"What're you staring at, shows over," screamed Lucas. Brooke stormed up to him.
"You're going out with tutor girl? Wow, you're just going around through the Scotts, huh? Next you'll be with Dan then Keith." said Brooke, obviously mad that he had turned her down for Haley.
"Brooke, leave me alone." said Lucas.
"Your Daddy wants you now I've heard. Doesn't just wish you were a stain on the sheet. I really think you had better taste than that. You and Nathan both." said Brooke.
Peyton and Nathan came up behind Brooke.
"Knock it off, Brooke." said Peyton.
"Yeah," said Nathan. "Leave my brother and Haley alone."
"I thought you'd still be pouting over losing Haley, but you've raised your standards real high again, back to fucking the head cheerleader." said Brooke.
Peyton slapped Brooke,"Leave us alone, and you can be captain because I quit. I am sick of this. I hate cheerleaders. They're all just like you. Slutty, shallow, and easy."
Brooke left.
"Wow, if that wasn't the biggest catfight I've ever seen." said Nathan.
"Yeah, I hate her. You know that." said Peyton.
"C'mon, let's get to homeroom Lucas. You two get to yours." said Nathan.
"Yeah, c'mon Haley," said Peyton. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah, come on, I am ready, I love you Lucas, see ya guys." said Haley.
"So, I wonder what Brooke is going to be saying about us in homeroom?" laughed Nathan.
"Yeah," said Lucas.
"Dude, are you alright?" asked Nathan. They didn't know Brooke was listening to them.
"Promise not to tell," asked Lucas.
"Yeah," said Nathan.
"Well I don't feel right, I lied to Haley. We you know.. did it last night, and I lied and told he that I've never done it before." said Lucas.
"Oh, just don't let her find out." said Nathan. "Who was it?"
"Uhh... don't kill me... Peyton." said Lucas.
"It's all right, you two did go out for a few months." said Nathan.
"Yeah," said Lucas.
"Whatever you do, don't let her find out." said Nathan. And with that, Brooke went to homeroom to spread the news.
When Nathan and Lucas walked in, everyone stared at him, and Brooke had this huge smile on her face.
"Brooke, what is going on?" asked Nathan.
"Oh, you know your little talk you just had. Well, I figured I'd tell everyone so Haley finds out the truth?" said Brooke.
"You were spying on me?" shouted Lucas, and he ran out of the room to Haley. He couldn't let this get to her, but when he walked in it seemed it already had. Haley was crying.
"Haley," Lucas said. Everyone was staring at him.
"Go away," said Haley.
"I'm not going anywhere." said Lucas.
"I wouldn't have been that mad if you had of told me. Notice, I am still talking to Peyton. But you lied to me." said Haley.
"Haley, come on, I'll take you home." said Lucas.
"I am not going anywhere with you Lucas Scott." said Haley. And she stormed out the door. Lucas ran out after her. She ran into the girls bathroom and he went right after her. Nobody was in there, so he stayed. "Get out of here."
"No, I love you," said Lucas. "I am sorry for lying, but what could I say. So I just said no."
"Lucas, I don't know if I am over reacting but listen to how this sounds. You go out with Peyton, you sleep with Peyton, and we start going out, we sleep together, and you lie to me about it." said Haley.
"Okay, it does sound bad." said Lucas. "But please not end this over this little thing."
"How many times?" asked Haley.
"Alot, I couldn't count how many times." said Lucas.
"Okay," said Haley. "Did you love her?"
"Yeah, I did, but I love you more. Peyton is nice, it was just complicated." said Lucas.
"If it wasn't as complicated, would you still be going out with her?" asked Haley.
"I dunno, maybe, I dunno, something else could've happened." said Lucas.
"Well, I guess I will give you one more chance, and if you lie to me ever again, we're over." said Haley.
"Okay, I am taking a shot in the dark, but you're not staying over tonight, are you?" asked Lucas.
"No," said Haley. "I am not. I am giving you another chance, but you are gonna have to give me some room."
"Okay, well I gotta go back to homeroom, love you." said Lucas.
"Bye." said Haley.
He walked back to homeroom alone. He felt alone. He needed Haley to survive. This is exactly why he had said no before. Nathan had saved him a seat in homeroom. He still had to go through another half hour of people staring at him.
"Hey, are you alright?" asked Nathan.
"No, she said she'll give me a second chance, but she needs some space." said Lucas. "You know, this is why I said no when we were 14."
"Yeah, it'll be okay, man." said Nathan.
"No, it won't, it'll never be the same. I have never lied to her before this. Ever." said Lucas.
"Yes, it will," Nathan said, and then yelled. "Stop looking at us okay."
Everyone stopped looking then.
"Thanks," said Lucas.
"Yeah," said Nathan.
"Don't tell Dan," said Lucas.
"I wouldn't dream of it," said Nathan.
"I need to talk to Peyton." said Lucas.
"And get yourself in deeper with Haley," said Nathan.
"She's not mad about that, she's mad that I lied." said Lucas.
"Oh," said Nathan.
"Yeah, I'm gonna leave before first period. I'll catch her than." said Lucas.
"Okay," said Nathan.
TALKING TO PEYTON
He caught up with her in the hall and they left and went to the river court.
"So Haley still talking to you?" asked Lucas.
"Yeah, although I don't think she wants to talk to you," said Peyton.
"Thanks, that makes me feel better." said Lucas.
"Well, you messed up." said Peyton.
"Yeah, when we were in the bathroom she kept asking me questions like,"Did I love you?" and,"How many times?" said Lucas
"What did you say to those questions?" asked Peyton.
"I said yeah, I loved you, and I said countless times." said Lucas.
"You freak," said Peyton.
"I couldn't lie to her again. I had to tell her." said Lucas.
"And you had to make it worse for yourself. And you told her that you used to love me. I cannot believe how incredibly stupid you are." said Peyton.
"But I did tell the truth. I do love you... I mean used to, and we did countless times." said Lucas.
"Okay, well I'd try to say some stuff, except the whole reason you two are fighting is because of me." said Peyton.
"Peyton, I wouldn't take back anything that happened between us," said Lucas.
"Lucas, stop trying to be sweet and start thinking seriously." said Peyton.
"Wait, my cell is ringing, it's Haley," said Lucas. He picks up. "Hello, Haley."
"Yes, Lucas, I called to apologize, I am so sorry." said Haley.
"No, I am sorry," said Lucas. "It's all my fault. I love you."
"I love you, too. I am sorry for flipping out." said Haley.
"Well, you still not staying over?" Lucas asked.
"I'll be there," said Haley.
"Great, I love you, see ya," said Lucas.
"Love you, too, see ya," said Haley. She hung up.
"We're made up," said Lucas. "But for some reason, I think Nathan had something to do with this."
"Probably," said Peyton, giving Lucas a comforting hug. "You would've never know that last month you two were enemies."
"Yeah, I know." said Lucas. But Peyton ran to a garbage can and puked. "Peyton, are you okay?"
"No, I've been puking every day for a week," said Peyton.
"You should go to the hospital, I will take you, come on." said Lucas.
AT THE HOSPITAL
"Doctor, I've been puking for the past week," said Peyton.
"Well, we'll run some tests, are you sexually active?" asked the doctor.
"Not for a month or two," said Peyton.
"Well it is possible you are pregnant then," said the doctor. "Was that with more than one guy."
"Just one," said Peyton.
"Okay, well, we'll take some tests, is this your boyfriend?" asked the doctor.
"No, friend." said Peyton.
"Okay, well he can stay with you." said the doctor. He took some blood and was off.
"Would it be mine?" asked Lucas. Haley would kill him.
"Sorry, yes," said Peyton. She was crying.
"No, don't be sorry, it's all right. I will be there for you. I swear I will. I will take care of our child if we even have on." said Lucas. He held Peyton.
"Thanks, Lucas, Haley is going to kill you though," said Peyton.
"If she truly loves me, no she won't. She'll stay with me no matter what. And Nathan will kill me." said Lucas.
"Yeah, thank you, oh here is the doctor. It's the moment of truth," said Peyton.
The doctor walked in. He said,"You are pregnant. Here are some pamphlets. And I will need to see you next week. Do you know who the father is?"
"Yes, he is," said Peyton, pointing to Lucas.
"Well, are you planning on coming to the appointments?" the doctor asked Lucas.
"Wouldn't miss a one." said Lucas.
"Okay, well, I'll see you two then." said the doctor.
They walked to Luke's car. Peyton said,"Lucas, you don't have to be involved."
"I want to, I want to know my kid," Lucas said, rubbing Peyton's stomach. "Well they should be home, do you wanna come with me?"
"Yeah," said Peyton.
"Let's go," said Lucas.
TELLING THEM
They walked in the house and saw Nathan and Haley sitting down at the table. Haley ran up to Lucas and kissed him.
"Hey, baby," said Lucas.
"Hi," said Haley.
"Hey, Nathan and Haley, we need to talk to you." said Lucas.
"That sounds bad," said Nathan.
"It depends on what your idea of bad is." said Lucas.
"Okay, tell us," said Nathan.
"Well, Peyton has been throwing up this past week, and I took her to the hospital, because we were talking about you, Haley, and it turns out she's pregnant." said Lucas. "And it's mine."
"Oh," said Nathan. "Wow, that's big and I'm not mad if you thought I was going to be."
"I don't know, Lucas. It just keeps getting weird. I love you and all, but what about Peyton. She needs you because of the baby." said Haley.
"And I'll be there, I will be at the appointments and the birth, but that doesn't mean we have to be together. We're good friends and I will be there for her. But hopefully you'll be there for me." said Lucas.
"I don't think I can be there for you. Watching my friend and my boyfriend have their child. I don't think I can do it, Lucas." said Haley, and she left.
