out with a story but hey, better late than never. This story reminded me of
Inuyasha and I decided to put the events down through Inuyasha's P.O.V

It's been a week since you and I have had that argument, kagome. And this time I fear I've gone too far. I don't know what to do anymore. Why does life and love have to be so difficult? Why can't things in reality be like they are in dreams? Why can't I gather the courage to tell you those three simple words?

I try to clear my mind as I sit in the God Tree looking up at the stars. I can't! Dammit! Everything reminds me of you kagome! The stars are just as beautiful as your deep blue eyes, the wind as gently as your touch, the fragrance of flowers are like your scent. Why can't I be kind to you sometimes? Am I that afraid that you'll reject me? Why do I have to act like an asshole when I'm near you?

When I'm near you, I feel like I can do anything, like I can find my way in the darkest of days. I haven't cared about anyone like this since Kikyo . . . no Kikyo doesn't count. I can't help it; I feel tears sliding from my eyes as I see your bag fly over the edge of the well. When you're head peers over the side you look up at me in shock. "Inuyasha? What's wrong?" You asked as you got out of the well. You gasped when I reached out and pulled out into my arms. I bury my face in your hair and inhale deeply. Kami, how I love you.
