Delirium is orangey-green polka dots
It smells like rubber ducks,
Rosy and putrid, and altogether argumentative
It tastes like cardboard boxes,
In all their fishy, hostile splendor
It feels like slimy carpet
Periwinkle-colored, and scraping the skin
It sounds like a paper cut
Noisy, gentle, and omnipotent
