Disclaimer: I absolutely do not own Last Exile. This is fiction.
101-word blurb thing. Just finished Last Exile, and was inspired in various ways. This was one of them…it will be a challenge for me to do only 101 words. So, here-a-go:
"Good girl"
Wina had an attachment to telling the truth. She had hated it when her mother lied to her father when she worked late at the bar—and worked in more ways than one. She hated it when her father would lie to her mother about his slight addiction. These lies resulted in the death of them both. It seemed her father had been a better liar than her mother.
Wina prided herself on the fact that she had never told a lie.
"Wina…"
"Yes?"
"What did…the Captain say...?"
Shocked, Wina said nothing. Then, she smiled and replied, "'Sophia'…your name."
Until now.

Oh, Sophia, why do all the good girls always want the bad boys?
I need to work on my Naruto…
Oh, and reviews are nice.
