Disclaimer: Harry Potter isn't mine. So don't sue. Yeah.
A/N: I love the pairing Harry/Draco, but in all my fics their relationship always ends up happily even though the troubles they had to go through were angsty. This is a different take on that, and it's also a fic where Draco's father ISN'T a complete bastard to Draco! In fact, this fanfic features caring!Lucius. Oh, and moron!Harry. ^-^
Pairings: Harry/Draco, implied ex-Lucius/James, and Harry/Some female that you choose.
Rating: PG for angst. (I like angst.)

Father wasn't trying to be evil when he told me to stay away from you, Harry. He was just trying to protect me, though I didn't believe anything he said. We had already destroyed our barriers, and once they were broken we fell, and we were caught by one another.
And you, Harry, you let go of me.
And I see you…and her…and you seem so happy with her, but are you really?
Does it even matter now?
'Let him go, Draco. He's only going to hurt you.'
'No!'
'Don't argue with me, Draco. I know how Potters' work. They love you, and then they leave you as they run off with some moronic female and leave you scarred for the rest of your life.'
I refused to believe my father.
'He isn't James, father! Harry's different!'
'How can you be so sure?'
'I don't know…I just…I just am…'
I remember the defeated sigh that my father gave after that.
'You've brought this down upon yourself…'
I should have listened to him. I should have.
He was right.
You lean into her, Harry, and I see as your lips lock in a passionate kiss. A kiss so alike and yet so different from the ones you used to give me.
I have to turn my eyes away, and I sink to the ground, for once feeling so small, and so unwanted.
One tear falls. Then another tear falls. And others just keep following.
I can't believe it.
I'm crying over you.
