Author's Note: Sorry about slow updates. As I said before, school is getting to be a pain. I'll keep updating at least once a week as long as you keep reviewing.

The Wreck Room was just as run down as any other building in this blasted camp. Inside, boys were either playing pool, watching a fuzzy TV or just sitting around. Almost every face was shooting daggers at Logan as she stepped in with Bailey, Caveman and ZigZag. Her expression changed to a "don't-mess-with-me" type of look as she glared at them back.

"So, you ever play pool before, Race?" Caveman looked to Logan.

The girl arched a brow. "Race?"

Bailey grinned. "Your new name!"

"Alright, then. Yeah, I play but not very well," Logan shrugged.

The four went over to the pool table, joining some others that were already focused on a current game. Caveman and ZigZag seemed to be good friends with them while Bailey was just ignored. When the strangers caught a glimpse of the new boy, they immediately stopped playing and turned their full attention to Logan.

"Who's the Nancy-boy?" questioned an African-American boy that wore odd glasses.

Already, Logan didn't like this boy one bit.

"Hey, back off, X-Ray," Caveman said in a warning tone, "This guy is cool."

X-Ray sneered in response. "Oh, you think so?" He looked Logan directly in the eyes. "So, tell me, scrawny. What'd you do to land yourself at Camp Greenlake? Forget to give the cashier the penny when buying that crappy hat?"

Logan snapped instantly.

No one could have ever seen something like this coming. Logan had a got temper and could only take so much snide comments from people like X- Ray. Especially since she was under so much pressure in an attempt to keep her gender a secret for now. If she was going to live with these guys for two years, might as well show them she wasn't a pushover like she seemed to be.

X-Ray cried out as Logan gave him a hard shove out of her face. The boy crashed backwards into a nearby chair, landing hard on his side. Everyone else was either laughing or staring in awe. No one had ever done something like that to X-Ray before! Logan started to go for a second attack until ZigZag grabbed onto her arms, holding her back.

"Let go! I can take him, no problem!" Logan growled.

Two of the boys that were standing in the group earlier helped X-Ray to his feet, leading him out of the hall.

Logan stopped fighting against ZigZag's hold and slowly relaxed herself. When X-Ray had left, everything had gone silent except for the hip- hop playing on the radio. Bailey finally broke the silence.

"That was SO awesome, Race! I never thought you'd attempt to fight anyone here! On the first day, too!"

"No kidding! You could take out those ninjas that lurk around the camp at night!" ZigZag added, his eyes wide.

Logan or "Race" nodded, uninterested.

Caveman picked up the fallen chair that X-Ray had fallen over, setting it back into place.

"You're lucky none of the counselors saw that, Race. You'd be meeting the Warden in no time at all."

Race glanced at him. "No one is going to rat me out, right?"

"Nah. Its about time somebody shut X up."

"Good. That jerk deserves every bit of pain I gave him."

Caveman frowned. "Just try not to pick fights with anyone else, all right?"

"Can't promise anything," Race smiled.
