I always knew you could never be the same again, but I wish it didn't have to come to this. I know this is the one thing that will be right for you, but it feels so wrong. It's hard for me to believe that I may never see you again.

I hope that maybe you can leave all your pain behind you. After you've left Middle Earth, and are sailing far into the West, perhaps those burdens that burned your soul for so long will be...gone.

I just want what's best for you, Mr. Frodo. Don't mind me, do what you need to. If it's what you need, then don't let me hold you back. But please remember how much I love you. And never forget me...
