Now she was like a salvage cat, because she fined out that the Galdadia Garden was destroyed and some other terrorist attack where taking place on the city of Deling. The city where on chaos. Many injures and deaths everywhere. In addition, the army where on strike and they do not want to defend the city. The only defend that they have was the local police and some Samaritans that helps injures.
-"Ma'am "what are your orders?"
-"Take all women and children to a safe place into the mountains and all men on the age of 17 to 55 are going to protect the city. Give them weapons. We don't have other choice."
-"Yes ma'am"
-"And one more thing... do you have the report of fatalities of the galbadia garden attack?"
-"Yes ma'am" 564 deaths including Students, instructors and soldiers and just one survivor. His name is Seifer Almasy."

"Just teaching him a lesson" take him away under arrest"
