The Fate Of Two

Hermione Granger was in her room, lying in her bed, reading, for the fifth time, Hogwarts A History. She had memoirzed it,

But nothing else in her room was interesting enough to read, she had also read them each about five times. She had done all her

homework from school, and now she had nothing to do. She flicked through the pages of the book she was reading until finally

with a huff, she put down the book, and lay down to sleep. She fell asleep instantly.

Hermione had only been asleep about 30 minutes when a loud tapping noise came from her window. She quickly got out of

bed to see what it was. She went to the window, after groggily stubbing her toe on the book she had dropped on the floor, when she put

down, and opened it. She couldnt see a thing but she squinted and thought she heard someone walking out there, and someone muttering to

thenselves.

"Who's there?" Hermione hissed into the darkness, and she sounded quite frighted. No one answered for a minute, then came a

drawling voice, from below.

"It's Mafloy," Said the voice rudely. "Draco from school." She gasped slammed the window shut, and ran over to her bed. She quickly

got back under the covers, just as the tapping noise started again. She got up again, but slowly, and she opened the window.

"Malfoy!" She screamed. "Go away. will you?!" But he didnt move, she had pointed a flashlight at him, and she noticed that he looked

different then usual...he was cuter, his hair was longer, and his eyes were brighter..."No! Don't think that, Hermione!" she said out loud. Mafloy

muttered something under his breath, but looked up at her all the same.

"Granger," He started politely, which was unusual for him. "I need help. I didn't know who else to go to. Please, can i come in or

something? And can you turn that off, its hurting my eyes!" She ignored him about the last comment, but seemed to care about the other stuff.

"Why do you need help?" Hermione asked suspiciously. "Why did you come here, instead of one of your friends...?"

He turned around for a minute, as if looking to see if someone was following him, then said in a clear, less calm voice. "He's after

me...V-V-Voldemort." She actually smiled, in a he-actually-said-his-name kind of way, and she was also smiling because secretly she was glad

someone was finally after him, for all he's done she could care less. But she actually thought for a minute thinking that it would be wrong to

let Draco Mafloy get killed just for picking on her and her friends in school, but he would want her dead, so why shouldnt she leave him for

Voldemort.
