Running Away
Chapter 2: The Letter

*********Leon's POV*********
I hated what I said earlier about me hating Yuffie. I mean, I could never hate her! But, I didn't want to tell anyone just yet about my feelings. It just doesn't seem right, right now.
I was walking down the Hotel hallway and entered my room, the Green Room. I was tired. I went to the Secret Waterway after Cloud had talked to me, and started practicing with my gunblade. Now it was around 12 o'clock, and I was ready to fall asleep.
I headed over to the bed, and saw something on it. A piece of paper with writing on it. I went over to it, sat on my bed, picked the paper up, and saw that it was a letter.

I know you or Aerith or Cloud may hate me for doing this. I know it may seem wrong to you that I'm doing this, but I feel that it will help me make it through the tough times I am having. I'm really sorry, but right now, I'm leaving. My heart doesn't feel right here, I need to go clear it up a bit. I don't know when I'll be back, I don't even know if I will even come back. I don't know where I'm going, but I know that I need to go somewhere. I'm sorry.

What? Yuffie left? Why would she leave? What the heck is happening? Why did she say that she might not come back? Why did she say her heart was hurting?
I grabbed the paper and ran to Aerith and Cloud to show it to them. As I ran, sadness covered my heart. Did Yuffie really leave? I even thought that some tears and come down my cheeks. But it seems like I never cry. Until now.
*********Yuffie's POV***********
I was already in my blue gummi ship. Where I was going? I have no clue. But I'm sure I'll find someplace to stay for a while, or longer.
Sora may have sealed the door and made walls covering each world, but that didn't mean ALL of them. She could always visit Destiny Islands with Sora, Kairi, and Riku. But maybe Squall, Aerith, or Cloud would find me there. It has to be a place where they won't look.
I passed Destiny Islands as I wandered into space. I had no clue where I was going, but hopefully there was a world out there that I can belong to.
Then up ahead, I saw a warp hole. The swirling purple and blue colors dazzled me. Should I go in? Might as well. So I took my blue ship into the warp hole.
I ended up with different planets ahead of me. Hm, could any of these planets be good for me. As I got closer to the first planet, I realized it wasn't a planet at all. It just had blue gases and I knew that there could be nothing living there. So I passed it.
Another planet came up. It was very large, and as I neared it, I found rocks all around it. Might as well skip that one.
I tried each planet I went to. Two of them had rings of rocks or other gases. One just looked to cold for me, and another was bright red. When I got close to it, I saw no living organisms on it.
Then up ahead looked like a great place. I squinted my eyes at the planet, hoping to get a better image. It was a blue planet with greens blobs all over it. I got close to it and decided to check it out. (A/N: I'm sure you should know this planet by now...^_^)
A thick gas was covering it, and by accident, I went through it. As I passed through that gas, I found out that the blue stuff was water and the green blobs were land. Maybe this place would be right.
I got closer and closer to a piece of land, and soon landed on it. Around me were trees and trees and nothing else. I had found a clearing in the forest and I landed my ship there. As soon as I landed, I carefully got out of the ship, looking at my surroundings.
I could hear birds sing in the distance, and I could feel the warmth from the sun high above.
Seeing that it was safe, I started walking away from her ship. This place sure is strange. Are there any people around here?
"Hello?" I called loudly. My voice started echoing throughout the trees. No answer. Questionably, I started walking through the woods.
It was a pretty long walk. I did see animals, but when I spoke to them, they never spoke back like the world I used to live in. In Traverse Town. I thought this was a strange place, with these entire tree's, and nobody answering to your calls. I thought I had walked for about thirty minutes when the trees came to any opening.
I came out of the woods, looking at the sight ahead of me. "Wow," I breathed. Ahead of me, was a large city. The largest I've ever seen. It had tall buildings that rose high into the sky, and on the streets were strange things moving. They were these little ships that had wheels on them. I could hear sirens coming from this city, and I squinted my eyes. The city seemed to go on forever. My mouth was agape, and I just stared at the city in amazement. Soon enough, I walked forward into what it knew was my knew home.

Yes, yes, very short, but next one wont be as short. In case you haven't figured it out, Yuffie is on Earth.
