Duties

Lord of the Rings obviously belongs to Tolkien. I can only wish it were
mine.
Theoden King, be strong and proud
Protect what is rightfully yours
But look to the maiden, dark as a shroud
Doing all you mundane chores
Éomer, brother, let the sounds of war ring
Fight for that which you love
But pity your sister, a pale Spring
That frost has slowly risen above
Gríma, Wormtongue, hide and scheme
Plot against your master and king
But pay attention to that maiden there
Her hands clenching as if your neck to wring
Aragorn, exile, take your place
Live up to your royal name
But attend to the lovestruck daughter of Rohan
And don't treat her heart as a game
Nazgül lord, carry out your threat
The life out of Gondor you must squeeze
But fear the Sheild Maiden with the sword
For she will bring you to your knees
Faramir, second born, mourn your brother
For his noble life has ceased
But don't forget the wild maiden
Who to your live will bring new peace
Well, this is my first LOTR poem so I hope that you enjoyed it. Éowyn is my
favourite character and I think that she and (the incredibly gorgeous)
Faramir make a perfect couple. Please pleasepleaseplease PLEASE R&R!
