The light-haired boy stroked Hermione's cheek with a tender touch. With a feeling of strength and cautiousness he pulled her closer to his body and as the summer rain fell down he leaned over and..............and..........Hermione woke up.

"'Mione! C'mon! It's time for dinner!" Hermione looked up to see the friendly, familiar face of Ron, a friend since the very beginning, since the first year of school. "They're going to announce who wins the House Cup!"

With grogginess in her every step, Hermione followed Ron, Harry, Ginny to the dining hall. As they took they're seats, Hermione noticed that the room had been elegantly garnished with Gryffindor décor. As she turned about, listening to Professor Dumbledor list the house's points, she saw Malfoy's disturbed face, scouling and crinching at every point given to Gryffindor. He looked over to Hermione who quickly turned away embarrassed at her staring and frowned in disgust, he got up and made his way across the hall to the bathroom.

"He's such a sore loser." Hermione whispered to herself.

"Who?" A ever-so familiar voice came from behind her. It was full of anger and pain.

"Excuse me?"

"Who? Who is a sore loser, Mudblood?"

Hermione turned to find Malfoy standing tall behind her. With a sound of deep disgust, she turned away.

"I think you know very well who."

"I think you're looking for trouble, Granger! And if I were you, I wouldn't talk about others under your breath."

"I suggest you continue on your way, to the little boys room, and stay away from me or I'll hex you!"

"We have one year left, Mudblood, you are to stay out of my way. Great danger shall approach you if you do not take up on my offer."

"I don't know why you are offering. I wouldn't come 10 feet within your personal scummy space if it were the last thing I do!"

Draco sneered and walked away. "We'll see about that." He thought. He looked back upon her to see her laughing with her friends. A deep feeling of jealousy and love rose up inside of him. "I'll have you Hermione Granger, mark my words."
