The Darkness takes Japan
Have you ever heard the magical voice talents of Justin Hawkins? He is the most impressive thing since the invention of the cat suit! This fic is in no way attempting to disrespect him or his merry group (sorry ;p)
I also have no intent of mocking the famous Japanese band Dir en Grey. They are both brilliant bands. I am not making any money from this and I own nothing but the shirt on my back and my sexy black slacks!! This does not mean I go commando...!! I just decided not to mention anything else, as it may cause me embarrassment.
The last of the passengers boarded the overcrowded, cramped aeroplane. This one plane bound for a tiring 16-hour flight to Tokyo from the bustling Heathrow airport in England. Amongst the bustling passengers sat four shadowed figures, trying hard to conceal themselves from the other people flying in the economy class. One hunched against the window seat and looked out onto the wing of the plane. He was a tall, lean man, covered up by a long dark coat, sunglasses and bandanna. He let out a sigh, which vibrated the hairs of his delicate and well-sculpted moustache. He watched the small walkway (through which they had boarded the plane) be taken away and listened to the engines as they hummed into life.
The moustached man leant closer to the window as the younger man sitting next to him shuffled to get comfortable for the long flight. The younger man wiggled his shoulders, trying to get is large leather jacket to stop bunching at the back.
"If you're having such a hard time with your Jacket, Ed...why don't you take it off?" Asked the moustached man in a heavy, French/Scottish accent. The younger man (Ed) looked round at the moustached man, his ebony hair dangling in his dark eyes and obscuring his vision.
"Good idea...and while he's at it...why doesn't he yell to the World who he is and who he's sitting next too! Have some common sense, Frankie!" An equally covered man with short curly blond hair whispered back to him harshly. Frankie held up his hands in defence to show that he didn't mean any harm by the statement and gave a small apologetic bow.
"My apologies, oh great Lord, Daniel!" He joked as he saw the curly haired man (Dan) huff in response and turn his head to view out of the window as the aeroplane started to slowly move up the runway.
"Have any of you guys ever been to Japan?" Enquired Ed as he watch the scenery outside begin to blur as the aeroplane got ready to elevate itself from the ground and take to the sky like a seagull (in other words...very roughly).
"Nope, I've only started reading up about it. But Sue says it's a great place. You two'll feel tall, Justin, Ed!" Dan looked over at the man to his right (Justin), completely dead to the world as he slept with his head on Dan's shoulder.
"Awww, isn't he adorable." Muttered Ed, as he shifted himself again to try in vain to make himself comfortable. "Why is it...that he can fall asleep on a barely-held-together plane and I can't even get in a good position to sit normally?"
"He's just gifted." Was Frankie's simple and true reply. He watched Ed as he moved backwards and forwards before giving up completely o the boy and pulling his bandanna slightly down, he leaned back for the long flight and gladly welcomed the first signs of sleep he had felt in the last 18 hrs.
(Little short I know, but it will expand as I get more ideas. A little thanks goes to Silent Shinigami, as he gave me the idea and has been a great guy to talk to. – The next chapter will be up soon)
