I walk amongst heroes
Nowhere else would I wish to be.
My life is perfect, as long as they're here,
Protecting me, little ol' me.
But there is one, my only,
My bookman.
How I wish to be with him now,
With him by my side, I do whatever I can.
Angel helps the helpless,
Spike's a pain in the ass,
Cordelia helps Angel with the visions,
And Gunn knocks the demons out.
Lorne ferrets out the bad people,
Wesley is the research king,
Me,
I'm just science girl,
But I'm a part of the team.
We're all heroes, in one way or another,
We just have to find it.
And when you do, I'm sure you won't regret it,
The feeling of pride.
We all can help the helpless,
In more ways than one.
Just by showing that you care,
You can brighten anyone.
Don't be afraid to say what's in your heart,
If you're rejected, that's their problem.
They've lost someone brilliant, a hero.
We're all heroes, in one way or another.

Are heroes.
So live life to its fullest,
