Author's Note: This is the third and, at the moment, last poem in this collection. Like the other's it is written from Aragorn's point of view. A few of the elvish words should have accent markings above certain letters - like the final 'e' on the title - but for some reason they wouldn't upload correctly, so I've removed them. Thank you for reading.

Namarie

Two hundred years with you
It's passed me by so fast
It's been a dream come true
But dreams, they cannot last
Immortal were you for so long
Beauty as if from the song
Oh Tinuviel, you're beautiful
My love, my life, my beautiful
Oh Arwen Evenstar - I love you
White birches all around me
I did not know how lonely I had been
Elven beauty, a woman's grace
The youth of years upon your face
You were beautiful, still you are
A shining light from afar
I could not help myself - I fell in love
I left you - I had to
I went to find my place out in the world
Many things have I seen
But not one to match your beauty
Every day I thought about you
Even when I was surrounded
Flanked by evil on all sides
With you in mind, I could not die
My single selfish mortal goal
Was to have you to hold
Mordor, Lorien, and Bree
Everywhere I longed for thee
I became the king and fortune brings
My lovely maiden back to me
At long last, here we are
Those days they seem so very far
Away... and to this day, I cannot say
Without longing for yesterday:
Arwen, my Arwen, Namarie
