The Real Meaning of 'The End'

I do not own .Hack//Sign. I am just a big fan that happens to love this anime very much…
I also did NOT know the ending of this manga, so please forgive me if I did something that never happened before. Just think of it as my own story.
After the daring, dangerous playing of Tsukasa, and the challenging years of Shugo, a new adventure begins again. Three years ago, Shugo had stopped playing The World, but someone, or something threatening surely knows he will be coming back.
THREE YEARS LATER:
"Rena, the computer is not working! Do you know how to fix it?" Shugo was sitting down in front of his computer, wondering why it won't work. 'Jeez, why does it hate me so much?' he thought to himself.
"Again? That is like the 5th time that it broke. Why is it that whenever you use it, it breaks? Let me figure out what's wrong." Rena was listening to music, but she was somehow always annoyed when Shugo always calls her.
"I think I know what the problem is." She was trying to stop her laughter, but it overpowered her. Rena pointed down to the ground where Shugo's foot was over the wire.
"Oh," Shugo said with a surprise. "I totally knew that." Shugo was trying to connect online when he was thinking about something. 'Why is it that Rena is always better than me in everything? I mean there is only one thing that I am better than her at and that was when we were playing The World. ' Then it hit Shugo. 'Hmm, WHY did we stop playing it? It was such a fun game to play. I miss the friends Rena and I made there. Maybe I should visit someday.'
While Shugo was surfing the web, a pop-up appeared saying new mail arrived. When he clicked on it, everything disappeared and a weird vision, a vision of a monster appeared. He closed his eyes immediately, and slowly opened them again. It went back to normal, except for the webpage where a message was typed, addressed to Shugo.
You know who I am Shugo, and I am about to destroy The World. Everyone playing will be in great danger. If you want to save this place, don't even bother, because you can never defeat me!
The World's Greatest Enemy
He read it a couple of times, reading the line over and over again. 'Everyone playing will be in great danger. I can't believe this is happening! I think I don't even know how to play the game anymore. I guess it is like starting over again.'
"Rena!" Shugo shouted in panic. "Look what I received!"
"What is it now?" Rena was really annoyed now, but though she liked it when her brother calls her to help him. She stomped her feet while climbing the stairs, and opened Shugo's bedroom door. "What did you receive? If you want me to come here so badly, it must be really important then."
"It is important! Look at the computer screen. I somehow received this letter from someone in The World."
Shugo pointed at the computer screen where the message was. Rena read it, and when she finished, her face was like she just saw a ghost.

Well, that's my first chapter. I is a little confusing, but don't worry, when the 2nd chapter comes, you will surely understand. I think its boring -_-
