this is a series of poems showing how the pilots feel when Duo suddenly commits suicide.

watching as my tears flow,
standing as the cold wind blows.
used to smile at your heart-shaped face,
be wrapped inside a warm embrace.
never thought you were a tool,
never thought i'd act a fool.
i took your love for granted,
now my world is slanted,
threatening to crumble.
all i can hear is quiet mumbles.
my sweet shinigami will never wake,
Duo's nickname has become his fate.
i stand at his small grave,
you i can no longer save.
five windled down to four,
the one we treated so pour.
"Heero, are you alright?"
they ask as i stare into the night.
i never said i love thee,
and now that won't ever come to be.
i'm so pained about you,
i don't know what to do,
about lost love.
