Author's note: I'm trying to make there chapters short. Anyway you'll notice that Rabidus mentions Rutilus. Anyway, enjoy!
Chapter 2
Kurama met up with the rest.
"Something has happened to Hiei!" He panted.
"I know that already." Yusuke said.
"I hope he's all right." Kurama whimpered.
"It felt like he may have been killed." Yusuke said, Kurama unable control himself anymore burst into tears.
"Don't say that Yusuke!" Kuwabara yelled.
"It's only the truth, I think Rabidus killed him!" He shouted back at Kuwabara.

Hiei opened his eyes, he was in a warehouse. He stumbled to his feet and looked around, Rabidus was no where around. He ran to the door, as soon as he touched it he was blown backwards.
"Damn it!" The door flew open and Rabidus came in.
"Don't try to get out, I've used some of my power and sealed you in." Rabidus said, his deep voice made Hiei shiver.
"Why?"
"......." Rabidus stank of human blood, but also animal blood too. He held up a dead chicken, "I brought you food."
"Why are you feeding me?" Hiei asked in shock.
"Can't starve a hostage." Rabidus began to pluck the chicken.
"Hostage!?!" Hiei gasped.
"Yes." He looked at his small captive, "How do you want it cooked?"
"Cooked? You can cook?" Hiei was surprised, maybe wasn't entirely crazy.
"Yes, do you think I eat everything raw?" He asked.
"Do you cook your human victims too?"
"Humans! I don't eat humans! Who do you think I am? Rutilus Letum?" He growled the chicken in his hand erupted into flames. Hiei got quiet. After a few minutes the flame went out, leaving a perfectly fine cooked chicken, "Eat." He held the chicken out to Hiei.
"No, I won't!" Hiei yelled. Rabidus tore off a piece of the chicken and pushed him to the ground. Rabidus opened Hiei's mouth and placed the piece of chicken in. Hiei reluctantly swallowed it, it was good but he wanted to vomit in fear. Rabidus ran his fingers over Hiei's lips and leaned over, kissing Hiei.

Kurama, Yusuke, and Kuwabara had no luck looking for either Rabidus or Hiei. They decided to go home and attempt to get some rest. When Kurama was going home he felt a strange energy, he followed it. In the end of an alley was Rabidus surrounded by dead bodies.
"You!" Kurama yelled, "What have you done to Hiei?"
"Killed him." Kurama stood speechless, "Run fast, you're next." Kurama turned and ran, Rabidus laughed as blood dripped from his jacket.
