The Chair

Summary/Author's Note: I told a friend of mine on how this happened to me, and he said it sounded like something Inuyasha might do. So I decided to make Inuyasha do it. :)

"Just stay here, Inuyasha, I've got a few things to pack from the kitchen, and then we'll be ready to go."

Inuyasha sighed, settling down in the rather plush, brand new chair that resided beside Kagome's studying desk. It gave a little shift, causing the hanyou's eyebrow to raise in question. The other chair had never done this before . . .

Pushing with his bare feet, he nearly gasped in wonder and fear as the chair spun around once, very slowly, giving him a strangely nice case of the dizzies. "Wow." He stated with a smile, before sticking his tongue out in thought. Pulling himself into a crouch in the chair, he brought Tetsaiga from his belt, scabbard and all, pushing it against the walls and furniture as he began to spin in steady circles. But very soon, he found this pace tedious, and began to push faster and faster, never thinking on how fast he had begun to spin, nor how the chair was suddenly moving closer to the trash can near her bed . . .

"WAHHH!"

Thud. Crash . . .

Kagome paused, setting her backpack loaded with ramen aside, before crossing over to the stairway to peer up the steps. "Inuyasha?"

Silence met her ears, and fear shook through her spine as she climbed the steps, slowly opening her pink handled door before peering within. Inuyasha lay sprawled on his back, his upper half on the bed while his legs rested above him against the wall. Kagome frowned as she crossed her arms, seeing the Tetsaiga sticking precariously in her now broken window, and her new computer chair tipped upside down on its head. "Inuyasha . . . "

"Kagome . . . I swear . . . it attacked first!"

Author's Note: Yeah, I flew through the air a good height before landing on the floor once . . . laughing my backside off at the stupidity of it all. And, I was at WORK. :)
