Chapter 4: OMG OMG OMG!
"Kenshin! Kenshin!" Kaoru franticly yelled all frantic like.
"I'll repeat myself," said Battousai, "Who are you people?
"OMG!!!!!! Kenshin doesn't remember meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
yelled Kaoru.
"Calm down Jo-chan!" Sano exclaimed. "You're not helping."
"..." Said Battousai.
Kaoru ignored Sanosuke. "WE HAVE TO GET KENSHIN TO A DOCTOR!!!"
she grabbed Kenshin by his pony-tail and began to haul him off to
the dark depths of somewhere.
Kaoru suddenly stopped mid-stride. "You know..." she said starting to grin, "I've
got a better idea." She then proceeded to yank Kenshin in the other direction, towards the
Dojo. Sano and Yahiko followed behind at a safe distance. (A/N you may be wondering
why the 'Battousai' is putting up with this treatment. Well, you see, the #1 reason is
probably because Kenshin is a very patient man, or it could just be the pills Kaoru
had him eat that morning.
(Flash Back)
Kaoru is holding Kenshin in a very painful looking headlock, cramming
white pills into his mouth. "KENSHIN! EAT YOUR VITAMINS!"
(End Flash Back.)
Anyway, Kaoru and the others made it back to the Dojo without too many
casualties, upon which she dropped Kenshin, ran inside, and ran back out faster
than the normal Kenshin could say oro.
"Sano, hold Kenshin still for me
"Adjsllskkkkkkkkkkkkkkjrrhggggggggggg" said Sano, switching back to Flop's dialogue.
"Don't complain, just do it"
"Seems the Battousai is in yet another rough situation"
Everyone turned to see Saito standing off to the side.
"When did you get here? Asked Yahiko.
"..." Said Saito.
"yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssssssssss?" asked Yahiko
"...I don't know"
Yahiko fell over backwards anime style.
Kaoru pulled something out from the sleeve of her Kimono. It was the watch she
had made Sano get earlier. Kaoru dangled it in front of Kenshin/Battousai's face.
"When I count to ten you will fall into a dream like state," She said.
Battousai blinked.
"1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...10," counted Kaoru.
Battousai's face relaxed, and his eyes slowly began to revert back to
purple.
"Now, you will answer everything I ask you truthfully. Then, when I snap my
fingers you will wake up." She said.
Kenshin absently nodded.
"Good," said Koaru, "First question, Do you know who I am?"
"Yes," said Kenshin,
Kaoru looked at everyone around her in triumph.
"Good!" She said, "Now, who am I?'
"You are the Wife of the baker who lives in town." He said.
"WHAT?!" yelled Kaoru, "I AM MOST CERTAINLY NOT!"
"Let me ask a question Kaoru," Yahiko said. "Where are you right
now?"
"Kyoto."
"And what is your name?"
Kenshin paused for a moment.
"I don't...remember." He said at last.
"I see." Said Yahiko, "Are you sure?"
"...Yes...or maybe...no." said Kenshin.
"What do you mean?" asked Sano.
"I don't know. Said Kenshin.
"Let me try this." Said Saito. "Are you an only child?"
"No" said Kenshin. (A/N: Its true! Kenshin wasn't an only child, he had a couple
of brothers that died with the rest of his family.)
"Really? Asked Kaoru, "Where are they now?"
"With my parents" he said.
"Where are your parents?" asked Sano.
"Dead." Said Kenshin.
"When? How?" asked Kaoru.
"A long time ago, famine," Said Kenshin. (A/N: That's also true, Kenshin's
family was low class and died of famine.)
"Ouch." Said Yahiko.
"That's terrible!" said Kaoru.
"Battousai, I want you to pretend that you're still in the past. What's your name?"
Asked Saito.
"Shinta." said Kenshin.
"Shinta?" repeated Kaoru.
"Yes."
"Hmmm," said Kaoru. She sapped her fingers waking Kenshin up. This hypnosis
thing really works! She thought to herself. I can use this for information in the
future! She began chuckling evilly.
Kenshin stared at her.
"Why are you laughing Kaoru-dono?" he asked.
Kaoru was brought out of her thoughts by the sound of Kenshin's voice.
"You remember me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Kaoru screamed and threw her arms
around him.
"Ugh get a room," said Sano, but he was also happy at Kenshin's recovery.
