Pirates? Part 1
Ever heard of the heroic Jack Sparrow? Nor had I until I uncovered an ancient book, coated with dust. Inside I found the story of Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann and of course the infamous Black Pearl. I opened the last page, and there before me was a portrait so beautiful, so wonderful...it looked real. It was of a woman, she was tall and proud. Every last detail was perfect, down to the sparkle in the corners of her eyes and the smile lines by her mouth. Suddenly the picture began to change. It was slow and slight at first, but as the minutes past it began to move more and more. As I moved right up close to it, to examine it, a hand grabbed me by the collar of my t-shirt and shoved me through something that felt like glass.
