Chapter 1 The First Threat
At present, it was a time of peace. The Chinese world had just ridden the country of Dong Zhou, one of the most historically known tyrants. But to the south, in the city of Chang Sha, Sun Jians world, was far from peaceful. It seems an unknown threat had risen during the coalition era. This threat was leaded by a man named Rzu.
"Father! The enemy has taken out the west gate!" Sun Ce cried. "If we do not call for reinforcements, we will never survive!" "Listen my son, I want you to send a request for reinforcements to all the lords. But you must make haste, for we do not have much time." Sun Jian had tried to clam his son down, but he knew Ce was right. He doubted the other lords to help him though, for they wanted power just as much as these rebels did, and would do anything to keep others from surviving.
"Men, know that my son Sun Ce is gone, now we can fight without worry! Huang Gai, I want you to go around the north gate, and ambush the enemy!" Sun Jian preparing to fight back. "Yes my lord, but do you think this will be the end?" Huang Gai already knew the answer, but hoped Sun Jian would tell differently. "Honestly, I don't know. But what I can say is, if we do go down, we will go down fighting!" Sun Jian exclaimed. That was not the response Huang Gai was hoping for from his leader, but he believed his words, and would not go down any other way.
"Zhou Yu, I will need your expert advice to help us last, to one day see Sun Ce again." Sun Jian requesting the attention of Zhou Yu. " If you shall put it that way my lord, I will put every last piece of knowledge to my use." Zhou Yu responding in a prideful way. "Good, remember that we do not have much time, please put every effort into this battle men, it will be the most important battle of your lives." With that, the very little generals Sun Jian assigned power, went straight to their duties.
"Huang Gai, I have a plan." said Zhou Yu. "Send half your force down to the west, we will distract their attention while I'll have my main force flank them from the south!" "Yes lord Zhou Yu, I will proceed with the plan immediately!" Huang Gai exclaimed.
