Zim awoke to the humming of gir and the gentle sound of Dib's breathing. He rubbed his eyes and rolled over, not really caring about the fact that he was on the floor. Dib was there... it didn't matter. His eyes closed again and sloely he drifted away. 11:30 came by fast, Zim was awoken by a crash and a familiar "NOOOOOOOOO THE SCARY MONKEY SHOW WAS CANCELLED TODAY!"

After a good 10 miutes of silence gir was over it and bouncing around finally making his way to Zim, "master can you make me a cheese and pickle sandwich."

Zim sighed.

"please please please please please," gir begged.

"OKAY," Zim yelled, "I'll do it, I'll do it. As long as it'll make you shutup."

"and then... then... can we buy... TACO'S"

"Gir, lets work on the sandwich first okay," Zim asked getting up and streatching.

"okie dokie," Gir smiled.

Zim trailed to the kitchen gradually and opened the fridge. Openning the fridge door he grabbed a bottle of pickles, and a brick of cheese, then he grabbed 2 slices of bread off of the counter.

"Such human filth," Zim muttered under his breath cutting the pickles.

Gir jumped on the counter, "and I like lots of cheese!"

Gir's voice distracted Zim causing him to slice himself. He let out a yelp just loud enough to wake up Dib.

"great mother of Irk, look what you made me do gir," he shouted, "get me something to clean this up"

"but.. but my..."

A black vinyl glove launched infront of girs face, "OBEY THE FIST,"

Gir quickly scurried for a bandage of some sort. Dib looked up slightly and smiled. It was good to know that somer things didn't change.

Zim stood in the kitchen whiping the red substence away from his skin. Wait... RED!? He screached loudly.

Dib jumped up and ran to his aid, "what's wrong?"

Zim looked nausiated and his eyes were glossy, "red.. it's red... but blue... not blue... red...red... no... human.. red..." he spattered as his eyes rolled into the back of his head and he passed out.

Dib caught him and layed him on the couch, gir by his side.

"why is master dead," gir asked.

"he's not dead just resting gir, it's okay," Dib replied taking Zim's hand and the gause gir fetched.

Then he noticed what Zim was talking about, his blood was red. Gir and Dib looked at eachother. And it was runny instead of goey. His blood was human.
