He looks at her from over a pile of chocolate frog cards. She's reading Hogwarts, a History for about the hundredth time, now. He can't help but think about how much more she could do, how much more she could know about life, if she didn't spend so much time with her studies. She looks at him from over her copy of Hogwarts, a History. He's organizing his chocolate frog cards for about the hundredth time, now. She can't help but think about how much more he could do, how much more he could know about life, if he didn't spend so much time combing sweets shops, looking for that special card. She looks back at him, and he meets her eyes. A mischievous smile that had not been there before now plays on her lips. "Snowball fight?" she suggests.
He smiles and nods, and he now knows that she can still have everything he wants for her.
She turns to go fetch her cloak, but before she does, he says, "I love you, 'Mione Granger."
And now she knows that he can still have everything she wants for him.
"I love you, Ron Weasly."
