"What do you believe in?"
Lee looks at his teammate in surprise. He doesn't know how to answer this question. Neji's expression had been so serious when he asked it.
"I…believe in what I see." he utters hesitatingly. Neji's blank eyes show an unusual interest and he almost smiles.
"And what is that?"
'I believe in you.' Lee thinks and knows that this is the only fitting answer. But he can't say it aloud. Not yet.
"Is this that important?" he says instead and brushes like incidentally against Neji's hair.
Neji shakes his head and now he truly smiles.
