STORY:
Raven was meditating more than usual; she was nervous about something but couldn't tell what. The smell of overcooked tofu reached her nose. She opened one eye as the door slid open. Beast Boy was standing with a huge grin on his face.
"I've said before, I respect you don't eat meat, but I do, so I don't want tofu pancakes." She said without taking her eye off him.
"I bought you some herbal tea, that's all." BB replied.
"Oh, thanks." Raven said turning slightly pink.
"It's okay." BB said putting the cup on her desk. He turned and left the room.
Raven stared at the cup for a minute before going back to meditation. She turned thoughts over in her head and liked the situation she was in less every second. Beast Boy was acting differently, more kind, generous and all she could do was suspect him of things he wasn't even thinking of doing.
'I like Beast Boy, but as a friend, I'm not sure but I think he likes me, in a different way.'
Raven's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of breaking china. She looked at the cup, which was surprisingly intact. There was another loud crash and a limp thud. Raven walked slowly to her door and opened it.
"I do not wish to harm you." Came Starfires voice, a shrill shriek came from the game room. "But I will if I must!"
"You cannot harm me with your Starbolts, Sentari girl, so don't bother trying."
Raven floated into the doorway of the game room. A quick observation saw Robin and Beat Boy out cold slumped against a wall and Cyborg lying face down on the carpet. Raven floated over to Cyborg and opened the control panel in his back. A few alterations and Cyborg was able to move.
"Who is that?" Raven asked.
"Dunno." Cy replied looking at the cloaked figure in the middle of the room.
"Either you leave the tower without a fuss, or I kick your sorry goddamned ass out." Raven said from behind the figure.
"Neither, I am looking for someone. I was told she could be found here." "Well, tell me who you are looking for and I'll tell you where she is." Raven said coolly.
"I am looking for Wynter." The figure said.
"Look behind you." Raven replied.
The figure turned around and stared at Raven. He smiled slightly under his hood and grabbed Raven. Just as Beast Boy came round the pair disappeared from sight.
"Raven?" Starfire asked the air.
"She's gone Star." Cy said.
"Where's she gone, how?" Beast Boy asked.
"I dunno, he took her and vanished." Cyborg replied.
Robin came round and looked around. His double vision didn't help see Raven wasn't among the titans. He sat up rubbing his head.
"What happened?"
"Raven's been kidnapped." Beast Boy said.
