Night fell over the dark city,Numbuh 3 sat awake in her room -- Watching the snow fall from the sky,She had longed to be out there but it was far to cold.Her lilac eyes stared dreamily into the midnight blue abyss,Wisps of black hair fell into her tan face as she let out a dreamed sigh.Yet the others were asleep,She couldn't help but stay awake -- The night was beautiful -- As always.She shook off the feeling as she stared into the night,Not aware that there was something coming towards the planet of earth.Darkness slowly consumed the city as relization was washing over Numbuh 3,Something was happening but she wasn't so sure what it was.

A bright white fireball shot down at lightning speed from the dark abyss,Heading towards the northern parts of this town.A couple,sitting on a bench -- making out was un-aware of the strange force that was heading their way. The white flames slammed into the nearby forest -- Causing the earth to shake at such impact.The couple fell from the bench and glanced around fearfully,Smoke was billowing up like a curtain into the night sky,The woman backed away in fear as the smoke stopped billowing but something was approaching her and her lover.
The something was a tall,shadowed creature -- approached,Possibly with several others.The man and woman backed away,Afraid for their lives.What were these creatures?What did they want? But their questions were answered as the creatures left forward.They screamed as the creatures attacked....

Numbuh 3's eyes opened wide when she heard the screams echoing all through the city,A small shiver ran through her spine as she slipped her bedroom shoes on and ran from her room towards the others' rooms.She had to tell them,This was important.She frowned as she looked around,Wondering where the noise had come from though.She could've just imagined it but she was sure she had heard it,She couldn't ignore it though -- Something kept telling her to tell her friends about this.
She ran up to the first door she saw and knocked on it,A few moments later -- Numbuh 5 emerged from her room rubbing her eyes,She looked like she hadn't had much sleep.
"What is it Numbuh 3? Numbuh 5 was tryin' to sleep!"
Numbuh 3 frowned,Fidgeting nervously with her hands she stared up at Numbuh 5's rather irritated expression.She took a deep breath since she had a lot of explaining to do.
"Sorry for wakeing you up at 2 in the morning,But I really need to tell you- " before she could finish her sentence,Someone had cut her off.
"Whats going on?"
Numbuh 3 whirled around to see Numbuh 1,Numbuh 4 and Numbuh 2 staring at her strangely.She frowned.
"I heard a loud sound outside,I was awake and then I heard screaming..Screams of agony!" Numbuh 3 finally blurtted out.The others casting a strange look before Numbuh 1 shook his head.
"You were probably juss' dreaming,Thats all." Numbuh 1 said irritably..Numbuh 3 felt like sinking into the floor at that time because of embarrassment. "It was no dream,I swear!"
"Yeah right,Numbuh 5 is going back to bed.See you all tommorrow." Numbuh 5 muttered as she shut her door and went back to bed.The other started to walk away as Numbuh 3 looked down,She only heard the words "Yeah Numbuh 3,Go back to sleep already!" and with that the others retired to their rooms.
"but I did hear the screams...." Numbuh 3 muttered sadly as she made her way back into her room,Knowing she had made a big fool of herself...

The screams had died down as the two shadowed creatures snickered and bounded away,Neaby only bloodied bones and a pile of bloodied bones remained piled on the forest ground...
The Next Morning
"In other news,We have found the bones of two dead people." The News Reporter said grimly as he stood there where the murder had taken place.Numbuh 3 sat there staring at the TV as the camera zoomed in on the blood and bones. Numbuh 5 walked by before stopping and staring at The TV screen and then Numbuh 3.
"What're you watching?" Numbuh 5 asked as she walked over and and stared at the TV screen too before looking back at Numbuh 3 whom looked up at her innocently.
"I told you I heard screaming!" Numbuh 3 declared as Numbuh 1 walked in,He stared at the two girl operatives and shook his head as Numbuh 4 too entered the room.
"It was a dream,Numbuh 3." Numbuh 1 muttered as he stared at her,Numbuh 3 whirled around to face Numbuh 1.
"But it wasn't no dream! I heard screams,And theres the blood and bones --"
"So what?It maybe the bones of some wild animal that a adult had killed." Numbuh 4 quirried as he stepped up next to Numbuh 1,Numbuh 3 frowned.

"But..But..Those can't be animal bones!Why would animals wear clothes?" Numbuh 3 asked as she bolted up from her seat staring at Numbuh 4 and Numbuh 1.
"Theres a explanation for that." Numbuh 1 said simply.
"Oh yeah? And how do you suppose you could explain THAT?" Numbuh 3 demanded pointing a finger at the TV screen,it showed a bunch of large foot-prints that lead away from a rather large crator in the earth.The foot-prints were reptilian like.
Numbuh 1's sunglasses tilted down his nose as he turned to look at Numbuh 3.

"Uh guys?" everyone turned to see a very pale,shaking Numbuh 2 as he stared at them with wide eyes.
"What is it?" Numbuh 1 asked,A hint of concern lacing his british accent.Numbuh 2 gulped and pointed a shaky finger towards the hall way towards a closed door..Blood seemingly now dripping out from under it.
"I think we have a problem....." Numbuh 2 murmured as Numbuh 1 only went a few shades paler than before.
