I pranced around happily outside the tree house. I skipped and jumped, and all that other stuff. But I was happy. It was nice and sunny outside today. I loved it. I brought my favorite rainbow monkey out with me. We were playing for a long time, until Numbuh 1 called me inside. I could always play later. I thought. I skipped inside singing cheerfully, "La la la la la la la la la la..." I stopped singing when Numbuh 1 gave me, the look. "Finally! She shut up!" Numbuh 4 exclaimed. I looked confused. "But I just got here." Numbuh 4 slapped his face. I shrugged. Numbuh 5 was in the kitchen I bounded over to her. "Hi ya Numbuh 5! Whatchya makin?" I asked her. "Pizza." She went back to whatever she was doing. I still had my rainbow monkey with me, so I decided to bring it back to my room. Once it was somewhere with all my other rainbow monkeys. I jumped on my bed. That is until Numbuh 5 dragged me out of my room because it was time to eat.

It was the middle of July, and our section of the group always went on vacation around that time. We each took turns picking where to go. This year it was my turn. We were all sitting in the living waiting for my answer. I let out a couple of "Uhhs" every now and then. "Oh hurry up and pick will ya!" Numbuh 4 looked like he was going to explode. "You know, he's right Numbuh 3, we don't have all day." Said Numbuh 2. "Well, I was thinking we go to a water park!" I grinned, satisfied with my choice. A couple whispers were made. "That sounds great Numbuh 3! We'll go next week." Numbuh 1 told everyone. I went to my room to start packing early.

A week later we were at a hotel made by other Kids Next Door members. (So was the water park) Numbuh 5 and me shared a room. Numbuh 1, 2, and 4 shared a different room. After I had picked out my bed Numbuh 5 asked me if I wanted to go down to the water park early. "Sure!" I told her. I changed into my bathing suit and so did Numbuh 5. Numbuh 5 stopped to tell Numbuh 1 where'd we be. Then we went to different rides. I went down a huge water slide. Then I went to one of those log rides with Numbuh 5. They also had some kind of wave-maker thing, so I tried that. It was pretty fun. Later Numbuh 1, 2, and 4 came out. Numbuh 2 came up to me. "Hey Numbuh 3." "Hi-ya Numbuh 2!" "I was going up to the snack bar and wondered if you wanted anything?" "Ok, but I don't know what they have." "I can show you." I nodded and went up to the snack bar. I decided after a long time on a hotdog. Numbuh didn't look so good. "What's wrong Numbuh 2?" I asked him. "Oh, n-nothing." He didn't sound so sure. "Oh, come on, you can tell me!" I was sure he'd tell me now. Numbuh 2 sighed. "Well, y-you see, I-I think that..." I gave him the "I'm waiting" look. He started again. "T-that, I-I, * sigh * like you." Was that it? "Well duh, we're friends." He sighed again. "N-no, I mean "like" you." I couldn't believe he was actually saying this.
