Chapter one
Prologue A/N: Ok this is my new story that I began a couple months ago. I didn't post it when I started it because I wanted to get When Angels Cry finished, and now I'm almost finished with When Angels Cry, I'm on the last chapter, I am posting this. I know this is really short but it is the prologue, the next chapter is longer. And depending on how good of a response I get from this I may or may not get the next chapter up before I finish When Angels Cry. ***Connie's Point of View***
I am sitting in my room thinking about the fact that I am now a College Freshman. You see we, meaning the Ducks, graduated today and after a long party I am back at my house. Soon, we are all going to college and fortunately the same college so we wont be playing on different teams. I am really happy because I was afraid we were going to be separated and I didn't want that. I especially didn't want to be separated from my boyfriend of about four years, Charlie Conway, and my best friend and ex- boyfriend, Guy Germaine, because they have helped me through a lot.
About five years ago, everyone including myself and Guy thought that we were going to get together. However, just before we started high school we decided that we would be better off as friends. It was weird at first but we quickly into the hang of just being friends and by the time we started high-school Charlie and I was starting to get closer. He asked Guy if it was ok, if we dated and Guy being the sweetheart that he is said that it was fine with him. He then turned around and told Charlie that if he hurt me, he would kill Charlie. Charlie nodded and told him that wasn't going to happen. After that we started dating and have been ever since.
My friendship with Charlie and Guy hasn't changed through the years. I have grown up with both of them and even before Guy and I started dating we were extremely close friends. We did everything together, we hung out, went to movies, and the park and even got in trouble together. That never changed when Guy and I started dating, and it still hasn't changed now that Charlie and I are dating.
I know, I know that is kindof weird, I have dated my two closest friends. But you know what I don't give a rats ass what people think about that cause they are still the sweetest, bestest, friends a girl could have. They have helped me through so much pain, that it doesn't matter to me that i have dated and am still dating one of them.
Plus Charlie is so sweet to me, even when I am in a truly bad mood and want to beat someone up, which usually happens to be Averman. Charlie can calm me down within seconds, so that I won't hurt anyone or me.
He also tends to take up for me when some one is picking on me, which i have grown to tolerate. Plus there are times when I have needed taken up for.
I am so glad that all the ducks got into the same college, cause I don't know what I would do without any of them. Especially Charlie and Guy, the two best friends, and boyfriend, a girl could have.
But before I start talking about the fact that we are all in the same college, I think I will explain why Charlie and Guy mean so much to me, cause it will make a lot more since to know some history.
So I am going to start with Freshman Year and the JV/Varsity prank war, well after the prank war, and us playing a game we weren't supposed to.
